They have owed my dad a refund since December. Keep using the excuse of changing banks, we have emailed and called them and still no refund. Quick to take your money but you won't ever get your refund if you send stuff back!!!
Avoid at all costs!!!!

Ignore their reply, just look at the number of people trying to get their refunds !!!!

I ordered an item for a birthday present and they sent the completely wrong item. It cost me 20 pound and they said I would receive a refund in 3-5 days as I stated I didn't want the item anymore as delivery is slow.However, when I didnt receive the refund in 3-5 days, they have now said there is a delay of 2-6 weeks for the refund which is very poor customer service.

Dont order from here! Placed a order on the 9th June, chased to ask where is it to be told its still bring prepared. Ask for a refund and told they cant cancel because of the rapid dispatch time! The item hasnt moved and still being prepared, not dispatched yet. Charge back on my bank it is. Not even a UK company.

Just don't order if there is any chance you will send it back for a refund. Their process is antiquated and you won't get anywhere with non-responsive customer services. AVOID!

Very poor service on returned products, and agent for refunds, no response or acknowledgement of return been received. Been waiting at least 3 weeks for refund when they received package a day after being posted. Will not be dragged into any of their offers again.

Is this a real company?

3 separate orders made since October last year included items that went out of stock and HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED. Over the past few weeks I have spoken with ~5 different telephone support people. I have sent emails. They keep telling me that the refund will come, but then when I contact them there is a problem (changing bank account, can't respond by cheque, need to talk to a supervisor, need to call me back "this week" for security reasons).

I placed an order for clothing telephonically. When I checked my mobile account I saw I had been charged £11 for a 10 minute call. I won't be buying from Atlas for men again

Refund on non received goods still not received after five weeks of their confirmation of return of money within 48 hours. Despite repeated assurances that claim is being processed.

The mens wear is very competitively priced and some of the gifts are useful.

Received an order and items were damaged posted a return on 27th of April. It is now 7th of june and apart from me emailing them several times all I get are generic emails saying that it can take 21 days for them to receive the package. Well they Received the parcel on 16th of may. How long does it take not as if it's a free service as they take £2.99 off your refund for postage on top of the £3.99 they take for delivery. Please don't use this company

Atlas For Men have owed me a refund since December 2025 following my order for goods that were never supplied as they were out of stock. Despite repeatedly acknowledging in writing that the money is owed and the refund is valid, they still have not paid it 6 months later.

Instead, I have been subjected to endless delays, excuses and vague explanations about “internal banking procedures”, “business changes” and takeover issues — none of which are the customer’s responsibility. Their latest response openly admits the refund remains unpaid purely because of their own internal administrative and banking arrangements.

I have now spent months chasing £27.99 through repeated emails and telephone calls since January 2026, only to receive contradictory timelines, no definitive payment date, no goodwill gesture, and no accountability whatsoever.

What makes this worse is that Atlas For Men continue to hold customer money while effectively asking people to wait indefinitely for them to sort out their internal problems. Any reputable company would have resolved a simple refund immediately.

The experience has been frustrating, time-consuming and completely unacceptable from a retailer trading in the UK. The company operates through a PO Box address while the legal entity is based in France, which only adds further difficulty when trying to resolve disputes properly.

I have now been left with no option but to consider formal legal proceedings through the County Court in order to recover a refund they themselves admit is owed.

Avoid if you value proper customer service, timely refunds or basic consumer rights.

Also, their VAT registration number GB 301 7889 00 shown on the bottom of their invoice is not even a valid number when checking on the HMRC VAT registration site!

I will update you on exactly when I do receive the refund from Atlas!

Their response below to this review clearly demonstrates and confirms just how shockingly bad they actually are - despite owing me a refund for over 6 months their latest response simply states:

“Unfortunately some refunds are still delayed at present, we will let you know once your refund is processing.”

In other words, they openly acknowledge they are still withholding customer refunds with no timeframe for repayment. This is appalling - DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU MAY NEED A REFUND!
