I found that Rodney Jones was excellent excellent customer service rep he explained everything to me he stayed there on the line with me for any questions that I may have gotten me through the process of the next step and talking to the counselor isn't signing the form and the legal part of it and he made sure I had his personal email personal contact number the Consumer Legal groups direct number he gave me every one's name and his attention he gave me the options and then some and I want to thank you for having such a great polite knowledgeable customer service rep and you should give him a raise he don't need no promotion he don't need that headache just give him more money and I want to thank him he he could be a trainer of new personnel but thank you and I appreciate his service and your service too have a good day

Mr. Dylan explain everything to me in helping me to decide i want to do this. I was not sure at first questions going through my mind is this a scam sound to good to be
true after he continue to explain how i will benefit i said let me try it. I wanted to make sure i had information where he could be contacted which he did inform me he will give me all his contacts.
