Customer service

Pmt was just due they call references give personal info and also call my job i give a promise and they call several times and send text messages all day do not comply w state guidelines

Always willing to help me out

I always receive fast, friendly service from the employees. They are accommodating when I need a few extra days to make my payment. Would recommend 10/10 to friends and family.

Three days after a payment was due

Three days after a payment was due, Atlas began calling my listed referrals because they could not get in touch with me. The payment is not considered late until 10 days and after 3 they started harassing referrals. I asked that they stop and was told it was in the contract. Why have a late date when this practice is acceptable to Atlas. I would not recommend Atlas to anyone.
