We are so sorry to hear that your Amulet did not meet your expectations. We would be happy to refund your order with no issues of course but we wanted to see if we could correct anything for you as well. You can see here (https://atlasaccessories.com/pages/size-fit - bottom of page) how we measure the Amulet length, the L-70cm is from end to end with it open and stretched out to each side as shown in the photo. But if you have measured it this way and the length is incorrect then that is very much our mistake - we can also make it any length you would like if our sizes are not right for you.
Please can you tell us more about your expectations on the size of the stone? We hoped that our lifestyle shots on the product page would provide a good idea of the proportions, but we're really sorry if there's been any confusion. We would be grateful for any insights you have on this or any other aspect of your experience so we can improve everyone’s experience and satisfaction. They are the BEST!!! I have 2 gold pieces and they are not only of incredible quality, but they go with everything and are just fun and versatile pieces. The founder is a blast too, and customer service the top. Cannot recommend enough!!

Beautiful & Meaningful Gift
I received the AFFINITY bracelet as a gift and am so happy with it. It's beautiful, under-stated and very comfortable. Being vegan I am particularly concerned with the sourcing and production practices of my pieces.. so I was very pleased to learn that Atlas products are crafted using sustainably and ethically sourced natural materials and that this bracelet in particular is made from plant fibre as a replacement for animal hair. Its also made to improve with wear and age so I look forward to seeing how it changes over time! Would definitely buy again for myself and as a gift for others.

Elegant Bracelets
My wife bought me two bracelets as a gift. I don’t normally wear bracelets but these are so well designed , elegant and under-stated that I now wear them all the time. It is nice to think that they have been individually crafted and that so much thought went into not only how they were made but also into sourcing the materials. Really great gift.
