Desastre
Habíamos contratado el transporte aeropuerto de Viena al hotel, ida y la vuelta. La recogida sin problemas. El desastre a la vuelta, NOS DEJARON TIRADOS. Llamamos por teléfono, no lo cogieron, escribimos por whatsapp, y contestaron después de buscarnos la vida y ya en el aeropuerto dos horas más tarde. Una experiencia muy desagradable que casi arruina nuestro magnífico viaje. Si el conductor que nos tiene que recoger esta con otro cliente, la empresa debe mandar a otro.

Taxi nicht gekommen … diese Erfahrung entspricht der Wahrheit, obwohl Unternehmen diesen Eintrag beanstandet …
Bestelltes Mercedes Flughafen Taxi ist nicht gekommen, telefonisch war niemand erreichbar und auch kein Rückruf erfolgte. Vermute mal, dass es sich bei den vielen guten Bewertungen um Fake Einträge handelt. Echt ärgerlich wenn man so in den Urlaub starten muss.

Leider können wir den von Ihnen geschilderten Vorfall in unserem System nicht nachvollziehen. Trotz unserer Nachfrage im Rahmen der Beanstandung konnten Sie uns weder eine Buchungs- noch eine Reservierungsnummer nennen, sodass wir den angeblichen Auftrag keiner Fahrt zuordnen können.
Wir vermuten daher, dass möglicherweise eine Verwechslung mit einem anderen Unternehmen vorliegt.
Den Vorwurf, unsere positiven Bewertungen seien „Fake“, weisen wir entschieden zurück. Unsere Bewertungen stammen ausschließlich von echten Fahrgästen, die unseren Service tatsächlich genutzt haben.

Unglaublich freche und das Leben gefärdendte Fahrer
Ich habe extrem schlechte Erfahrung mit 2 der Fahrer machen müssen. Normal buche ich bei einer anderen Firma, da war aber kein Auto mehr verfügbar. Daher bei dieser Firma. Bei der Fahrt zum Flughafen hat mit der Fahrer mitten in der Nacht vorher angerufen, obwohl er wusste, ich muss um 4 Uhr aufstehen. Wozu? Ich habe ja eine Email Bestätigung bekommen.
Der Hammer war aber der Fahre für die Fahrt vom Flughafen. Zuerst meldet er sich nicht, und ich muss mühsam über die Zentrale urgieren. Dann lässt er mich ewig warten. Unglaublich war aber, dass er, sofort bei Beginn der Fahrt ununterbrochen SMS am Handy geschrieben hat. Nach ca 15 min und unzähligen SMS habe ich ihn gebeten, mit dem SMS schreiben während der Fahrt aufzuhören. Darauf reagierte er überhaupt nicht und schrieb weiter. Als ich dann laut "JETZT" gesagt habe, hat er begonnen mich heftig zu beschimpfen.
Auch das Auto war in einem fragen Zustand. Das Display zeigte gezählte 5 schwerwiegende Fehler an.
Bitte Hände weg von dieser Firma

Unzuverlässig, nicht erreichbar
I booked the ride to the airport weeks in advance. A few minutes before pickup, the ride was canceled because the driver was waiting for another customer. No alternative ride was offered, and I couldn't be reached by phone or WhatsApp. It was a disgrace! Luckily, I was able to take an Uber to the airport (even cheaper).

Contratamos el servicio tanto de recogida desde el aeropuerto como el día de regreso desde el apartamento. Todo fue fenomenal. Puntualidad, coche cómodo. Conductores muy agradables. Sin duda si vuelvo a Viena volveré a contratar este servicio.
