I went to the eye yesterday. The staff there were very friendly, and the doctor was also very nice.

Hi,

I would like to provide feedback regarding my second vaccination appointment on 04 May at 8:30 AM.

During the session, the doctor initially explained the injection procedure; however, it was not clearly communicated that the needle would need to be changed and that I would receive a second injection attempt. I understand that there may have been difficulty administering the medication fully during the first attempt, but the process was unexpected and caused me significant discomfort and distress.

After the first attempt, the needle was removed and replaced with a new one before the doctor administered the injection again. At that point, I informed the doctor that the procedure was becoming very painful.

I was also concerned because it appeared that not all of the medication had been injected. When I raised this concern, the doctor explained that the remaining content consisted of air bubbles and that the medication could not be fully administered. However, at that moment, I felt worried about whether the dosage was properly delivered and whether my health could have been compromised.

Additionally, approximately 10 minutes after I had already left the clinic, I received a follow-up call from the doctor advising me to take Panadol and avoid exercise if I experienced pain. I believe this discussion and aftercare advice would have been more appropriate before I left the clinic, as it would have provided reassurance immediately after the procedure.

I took a few days to reflect before writing this feedback because the experience left me feeling anxious and somewhat traumatised about returning to Novena ATA Medical in the future.

For comparison, my first vaccination at Camden Medical was handled smoothly, professionally, and with clear explanations throughout the process, which made me feel reassured and comfortable.

I went to the clinic to get a vaccination injection for shingles. The gentleman was extremely gentle and I did not even feel the needle entering my arm. I wanted to extend my gratitude for being so caring gentle and mindful during the injection. As always, GT has been very very helpful on the front desk The facilitate all this very quickly and efficiently.

The clinic was so clean and has very relaxing waiting area. Staffs are very professional and kind. Well organized clinic. I went for medical checkup in the morning and received my result in the evening very fast. Thank you ATA Medical Novena.

Very easy to schedule the appointment, staff was responsive and answered all my questions. Once you are there the process is like 1 2 3, in and out and their prices are competitive and in line with the quality of services and overall customer service experience. I plan to use them in the future. I strongly recommend to those seeking similar experience.

I have been coming here since 2024 and yearly. The experience and staffs especially the indian lady that draws blood is so helpful and patient. Highly recommended!

Went for CT Scan. I arrived early, they asked me to go in and sit down and be comfortable. Very sincere and caring. Radiographer Tech, young lady super gentle & patient. Exhibited great bedside manners, kept me calm talked me through procedure. Kept assuring me that she’s there this being my first time. It was painless and pleasant.

AIA partner, no MRI in this branch but fast walk-in waiting time. Dr Elaine is very patient and friendly.

Did the Elite Package and it was super quick, done within 10 minutes! Everyone was so kind and helpful! Will be back for other checkups in the future! The clinic itself was super clean as well!
