Купил домен у них, нельзя редактировать NS (name servers), выдаёт ошибкы и предлогают открыть тикет. Открыл тикет, ждал ещё 2-3 дня, снова без ответа закрыли тикет...

Several expensive domains were stolen by the company itself for trumped-up reasons. Support is unresponsive, refusing to disclose the reason for the blocking, instead offering boilerplate responses.

Please Stay away!
This company should not be allowed to operate. I spent $150 to buy a domain name from them and have been calling them for approval but they never responded. Sent several emails but no response it was a big mistake l did not read the trustpilot reviews before buying from them and not sure if l can get my money back. Please stay away!
