ATAG iC Economiser 39 Plus HB
After a lot of research the decision was made to go with the ATAG iC Economiser 39 Plus HB which was installed in 2024.
The installation went smoothly, and since then the boiler has been completely reliable with no issues at all. It delivers strong, consistent hot water and easily keeps up with the demand of a busy household, which was one of the main reasons I chose this model. The performance has been exactly what I was hoping for.
One feature I’ve found particularly useful is the online portal, which lets you see how the boiler is performing. It’s handy to keep an eye on efficiency and usage, and gives a bit of extra peace of mind that everything is running as it should.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend the ATAG iC Economiser 39 Plus HB. It’s been dependable, efficient, and easy to monitor, and so far it’s lived up to expectations with zero problems since installation.

We recommend ATAG boilers
We had an ATAG boiler fitted into our previous house in 2024 and were very happy with the product. We found it economic and efficient. We had confidence in the warranty offered. When we moved to another property in February of 2026 a new boiler was needed, we immediately opted for another ATAG boiler and again are very happy with our choice.

Service was prompt. The engineer was proactive and pre ordered the part required ,based on information he had of the fault , even before visiting to attend to the repair. So the whole operation was seamless and quick .

iC Economiser 35+ and One Zone
Installed an iC Economiser 35+ in 2019 and it has generally been great, but after upgrading my WiFi to full fibre and changing network provider I ran into problems with the One Zone controller refusing to reconnect to the WiFi despite troubleshooting all possibilities. Ultimately ATAG instructed a warranty replacement for the controller which slotted in and connected to network no problems, so back up and running within a week. Thanks to Lewis, the technical coordinator for his swift replies and resolving the issue for me.

Well made boiler and 18 year warranty. After my Worcester Bosch boiler packed in after 10 years my servicing engineer recommended ATAG. Better heating/hot water output and fully Hive connnected. Contacted direct by the company after install and after a year to ensure all going well.

Great appliance had no issues in the 2 years we have had boiler fitted very efficient we notice a massive difference in our heating cost compared to our old boiler.

No problem boiler
We have had our Atag boiler for two years now and have had no issues. It's quiet and I like that it can be controlled remotely with the app. Also, monthly emails tell me how much heat and hot water used compared to last year at the same time.

Great product and great service. When I had an issue, it was resolved without fuss very quickly and efficiently and that makes a world of difference especially with something as important to a family as a boiler. Cannot recommend enough.
