heute bestellung gemacht, plötzlich 10 € mehr, keinerlei schriftverkehr zum stornieren!!! ich glaube betrug...

They are totally deceitful. They tried to set up a subscription that I did not subscribe to. They sent me down a rabbit hole and the only alternative was to tap the back arrow to get out of it. Then I discovered many people have also been duped. The company is Astronara for Orivelle. All I want is a refund, but it looks as though I may need to involve my lawyers.

On 27 July 2026, I attempted to purchase a pen through the Orivelle website using PayPal. After authorizing the payment, I was immediately charged and then taken through a series of additional offer pages. On a mobile device, the options to decline these offers were difficult to locate, and I ended up making a second PayPal payment on the same day by mistake.

I contacted customer support immediately and requested cancellation of the duplicate order. The response I received was that cancellation was not possible because the order had already been shipped.

However, when I requested tracking information, the tracking page showed only that a shipping label had been created. At that time, the parcel had not yet been handed over to the carrier. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that the order could not be cancelled because it had already been shipped.

I also discovered that an automatic PayPal billing authorization had been created during the checkout process. I did not intend to sign up for any recurring payments and cancelled the authorization as soon as I noticed it in my PayPal account.

Because of these issues, I opened a PayPal dispute and submitted a complaint to the Dutch consumer authority (ACM).

My experience with the checkout process and customer support was extremely disappointing. I encourage potential customers to carefully review every step of the purchase flow and check their PayPal permissions after completing a transaction.

Why has there been another order submitted not by me, and another payment taken from my Paypal account.Perhaps I did not read the fine print and did not realise that there would be further product sent without any notification or authorisation from me.
But I am very careful with this situation as I am on a limited budget. I have asked for a copy of my order which seemingly allowed Astrotrading to send another two products with no notification, and also take the payment straight out of my PayPal account (which I have cancelled today)as this site did also send me no notification that I have been able to find.

Oh je, nur angesehen und schon wurden bei Paypal 157,00 Euro abgebucht. Paypal hilft nicht, soll man direkt an die Firma wenden.
Das Geld ist weg und was ich mit der Ware mache, Mülleimer…

I ordered this pen for an elderly lady didn’t realize it’s a subscription .last month I didn’t think much of it when it arrived, today I received a notification this company deduct $26.81 dollars. Through PayPal I immediately sent them about 5 text message as they do not have a phone number. To cancel out this subscription I also they stated 8 of August will be another payment. I replied no I need it to end this now don’t charge me for anymore please cancel now and the future I don’t need it anymore . I want it totally canceled out as I don’t need this pen anymore and will not pay for something I would need . I got another email asking me is the subscription or the pen was high I said neither she doesn’t need the pen anymore. Hopefully this helps . If it doesn’t then I’ll have to get PayPal and let The bank get involved.

they continually charge repeat subscriptons and almost impossible to cancel even through paypal

Cette société est une entreprise de voleurs et d'arnaqueurs. Il vous annonce un prix pour 3 stylos + 3 gratuits pour un prix total de 9,99 €. Finalement on m'a débité sur mon compte PayPal sans me demander mon avis. C'est pas 72,53 €, c'est du vol pur et simple. Comment peut-on laisser agir des sociétés comme ça sur des plates-formes sérieuses ?

Das ist eine völlig skrupellose Abzockfirma! Ohne Warenkorb etc., man hat schon "bestellt" wenn man nur irgendwo drauf klickt! Es wird doppelt abgebucht plus einem ein Abo untergejubelt!!!
Absoluter Betrug !
Größte Schwierigkeiten, durch Paypal sein Geld wieder zu bekommen!

Ce sont des voleurs !! Ils ont encaissé un montant de 41,97€ et je n’ai rien reçu !!
Et maintenant aucune possibilité de remboursement !!

Scammers, I would like to spent nine pounds, but finally they charged me 70 pounds. I tried to cancel or modified the price with them and with PayPal. It did not help at all. They send me 8 pens... What for? Crooks

If it is known that this company is a scam why are they allowed to advertise on reputable sites.i have had the same experience as most others and been conned out of money for items i did not order with no chance of a refund.They definitely dont even warrant one star.

i have only one word for this scam i aborded the payment they took money anyway! now i have to pay the amount again at paypal because i ordered my bank to refund the money! i payed 72 euros twice and post 12,99 so this cost me 154,99 without getting anything thiefs thats how you call this people DONT ORDER HERE!!!!!!!

Like others in regards to Astronara trading/Paypal, I’m bewildered. Add said one price in bold print, another in faint print. Hit the “cancel and return to merchant “ on the PayPal site and received a notification of payment confirmed at an exaggerated price! Chat with PayPal did not resolve the issue. After some twenty years I don’t think I’ll be using them again

Charged almost three times what I approved for PayPal. No links to customer service worked. Filed a complaint with PayPal and at first, they gave me credit and an hour later they reversed and said the seller was right! I couldn't believe they could support this seller! I closed my PayPal account after having it for 26 years! This is a terrible company, and it has PayPal support. I really don't get it.

Overcharged at time of payment process. It’s mind boggling that a trusted company such as PAYPAL would even consider doing business with them!!
