Exceptional service from start to finish.
Very prompt reply and explanation of what was going to happen.
The electrician, Freddie, was a credit to the organisation. Very knowledgeable, very polite and explained exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for at each phase of the investigation.
He then explained other services offered and what I could expect from these.
All in all a truly exceptional experience.

We spoke to the office this morning and they arranged for an electrician to come out within the hour to replace our bathroom extractor fan.
