I went to put my check from Assist Diabetics in an outdoor Atm at my bank, and as the check was being put in a gust of wind blew it out my hand and onto the ground. I jumped out of the car and the check was nowhere in sight. I drove all over the parking lot and the check was gone. I called Assist Diabetics and spoke to Nancy. She immediately cancelled the check and is sending out a new one. Nancy was very professional,efficient and kind. Shes a keeper. Thank her for me. 😄 Well done.

Angie made it so easy. She was wonderful.

It’s a great helping tool for elderly people, if you have some extra strips. I am about to send 7 boxes of 100 strips. I recently changed my address, so I called to ask how I can change the after, since it’s already on the box. Angie was very helpful, very nice , asked for the new address and confirmed the check will be send to the new one. She was warm and patient and did all so I feel sure all is OK.

I have been using another diabetic supplier for many years; however, when I contacted Assist Diabetics I talked with a rep (Nancy) who was very professional and patient with me in reference to the price of my product, instructions on how to redeem and approximately how soon I would receive payment. She verified all my info and how to repeat some info more than once. I am 79 years old and need people to be patient with me in order for me to fully understand the info I am getting. I was not happy with the payout, kinda low, but sometimes the service you receive is more important than the money. I am very please with Assist Diabetics and glad that I changed. Thank you everyone.
