Good return, but little slow at times waiting for cash to be lent out, thats my only issue.

A great alternative to RateSetter, Assetz Capital have so far not abandoned their lenders for the sake of mammon.

P2P lending is a genuine alternative for protfolio diversification. The last few years have shown that the largest risk in P2P lending is platform risk. Assetz Capital is probably one of the most solid platforms run by professionals that know their market.

Assetz Capital have provided a very thorough analysis of the situations arising over the last two years, since I first invested through them. As far as I can see, they have been very fair to investors and borrowers alike. Published information regarding loans is as detailed as possible, far more than most people will likely see if they stick to the main three accounts. If you feel you'd like to do better than the half percent offered by most institutions, I don't know of a better way to do it - clearly it's got a level of risk, so I would always recommend only investing a percentage you're comfortable with. The only guarantee is that having money in the bank is losing value every year. Plus, it's investing in British ventures & returning profits to large and small investors alike, which has to be a good thing.

I was apprehensive when I first invested in early 2019, but my confidence with the Assetz platform has grown considerably over time, as have the funds I've invested. Assetz is very diligently managed, as witnessed by their handling of the fallout from the C19 pandemic. Since investing in savings accounts is now effectively a loss-maker, Assetz offers good interest rates and return on your investment, particularly if you make use of the tax-free ISA. Althought it's not covered by the FSCS compensation scheme, I feel comfortable that it's a relatively safe place to keep and grow your savings and offers a good alternative to investing in stocks and shares.

I have invested with Assetz Capital for a number of years and am happy with them.

The explanations of how to invest or withdraw money are really complicated and I ended up asking the Help system - quick response thank you.
I would like a bit more detail on their environmental policies. The money is mainly in house building: do you require borrowers to go beyond the minimum on eg insulation or alternative heating systems? And do you favour schemes that build for lower-income people to buy, or anybody to rent? There is such an emphasis on house ownership and very little on ethical and professionally managed renting.

Assetz are undoubtedly the best of the seven P2P platforms I have used.

I've been investing through Assetz Capital for four years now and so far I have high confidence in their judgment. I did put some money in their Green Energy Account, which was badly affected by a change in goverment policy, but Assetz has done its best to cover most of the losses from its reserves. It has weathered the Covid crisis remarkably well. It gives ample information about loans for the investor to judge. The main problem now is that there are very few projects to invest in

My account was finally sorted a few weeks ago - good. However what concerns me is that trust pilot continues to allow a false positive rating of the company by allowing ‘invited ‘ reviews to distort the picture.
How can ‘trust pilot’ be trusted?
