Company sent me an item that was already personalized to someone else. REFUSED to refund the $30.00 I spent on two items. Should not be doing business in USA.
This product is still falsely advertised as "Christmas Gift Card Book - Surprises On Every Page-Hardcover & Durability Line." The product I received is not hardcover, so why put "hardcover" in the product title? I can get past the "Jess," even though it never asked for customization, nor did I see an option to add customization. I thought I was ordering a generic (non-customized) HARDCOVER and DURABLE gift card book, not a ring bound paperback flimsy version. Had I known customization was an option I would have customized it with an appropriate name. I can even get past this not having sleeves for the gift cards, as that wasn't apparent in the advertisement. My biggest issue is with the fact the title straight up says "HARDCOVER" and what I received is not anything close to hardcover.
Also, I post an honest review for the product, which I do not see on the product page, are you deleting reviews that don't expressly say something to the effect of "I love this product," or "this will make a great gift for my X relative." My review simply explained what I received and advised others that this is not hardcover, contrary to your title, hoping to save other customers the inconvenience of your false advertising. The offer of a $2 refund on a product that was obviously falsely advertised is pitiful, but not surprising, I guess if that is all you can offer I will take it. How should I expect the refund? Back on the card used?
This company is a scam. I did get my order but it was inscribed with a random name it said “ to Cody merry Christmas love mom
And dad” I do not know a Cody nor did I ask them to write anything and they will not fix their wrong so I can’t even gift this item it is trash. And they won’t send new one or refund.
