FYI: Defamation law aims to protect individuals or businesses from false statements that could harm their reputation. However, a statement that is demonstrably true or constitutes a fair opinion based on facts is typically not defamatory. And Vice Versa.

Small tank, always refilling. Mouthpiece gets hot quickly. Tiny screws on the battery compartment come loose all the time - keep a mini screwdriver on hand at all times. Keep it turned off in your pocket, the power button is easy to push.

I would give no stars if possible.
Bought an aspire favostix and the filters are burning out in a few hours.
I have tried all the advice, fill, leave for 20 mins and let coil soak....still crap.
When a filter lasted 4/5 days before, I'm lucky to get 24 hours out of one.
They have reduced their standards of coils to try get more money from customers. Nothing but a sore throat from their products at present. Absolute scammers selling crap coils for their products. Product housing and battery is good but the whole thing is useless when forking out near the same cash as what I would be paying if I was smoking cigarettes daily.
Avoid.

And before the Aspire rep asks, like you did with a previous post.......no I did not buy directly off your website, but if your willing to put your name to a product that I buy off Hale and other companies you supply to, then you better be prepared to hear the truth about your products from a buying customer.
This post will not be removed because its the truth, and if you have issues with that a simple forum would show I'm not the only one.

Order not received. Aspire maintain it was delivered when it wasn't. Company not at all helpful or interested in solving the problem

I'm waiting on an order over 1 month despite claims the order has been issued for a second time. Noone gets back to queries unless you send one in through the website. No shipping information provided. At this stage I think it's a scam particularly reading the reviews on here.

I ordered some coils on Monday and paid extra for express delivery. I waited till yesterday morning, and when it had not arrived I messaged them explaining this. They have ignored this so I am wondering if I have been scammed. I will wait until Monday night then will complain to the relevant government body.

They didn't send my order. They don't respond to emails. Terrible service. Feel robbed.

Do not buy anything from this company...I brought a zelos 3 and its faulty I have tried for months ive email,there own message on site and rang them without a answer disgraceful....

I have always ordered my coils from this company over the years and have always been happy with delivery always been spot on, until now when I ordered 2 xelos nano mini mods the tank glass broke on one as it was overtight thought it was me applying too much pressure so I ordered a new nautilus nano mini tank and now things have gone very wrong, and now there is no.one home!
I bought a new tank and opened it but the top had been overtightened yet again so it is useless cannot remove or refill and it it stuck solid believe me.
I have rang 3 times, left 3 answer machine messages no reply to my pleas to ring me back.
E mailed 4 times all the info, no reply.
What am I supposed to do now?
I have returned it back as per their terms and conditions it was signed for on sat 16th July, so someone IS home!,
Are you just ignoring me, shame on you Aspire ecig I honestly thought you were better than this.I will give it one week then have no option but to take it further so my advice is if you want a reliable company that has a excellent customer service, look elsewhere because if things go wrong they do NOT reply.
And if you read this Aspire have the decency to reply and act on it.

I understand your difficulty if staff are isolating but I sent a e.mail to you 3 weeks ago, a enquiry, never got a reply, so surely if working from home you would still be able to see customer e.mails, or at least have call divert.
21/7 refund for postage and a pack of coils arrived many thanks.

Don’t respond to emails. Do t pick up the phone. Send out faulty products.

SCAM company, ZERO customer service
Placed an order in December, expected delivery was for 3-6 days. Waited a bit longer, understanding the reduced capacity of Royal Mail. After a month, never even received a confirmation email that the order had been dispatched. Sent them numerous emails asking for updates, never heard anything back. Had to raise a dispute with the bank to finally get a refund back after 5 whole months. WORST online shopping experience in my life. This is a scam company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Placed my first order with this company recently and I’ve got to say outstanding service. Was a great price and the order came quickly. Definitely recommend to anyone!

I have been waiting over one month for my order (coils) and have emailed their “support” team three times asking for an update on the delay - no reply. TERRIBLE customer service. Won’t be purchasing from this site again.

Update - following this review the company called me to apologise and have resent my order with an extra pack of coils as a good will gesture, so not all bad! Thank you Aspire for resolving this.

I have used this company consistently over the past few years ever since I was badly stung when purchasing fake products from other companies. Not only do Aspire eCig supply 100% genuine products, they have a fantastic network of customer support!!

A placed an order which was delayed recently due to global pandemic. I contacted Aspire eCig's customer service team via email and they responded immediately. The quick response put me completely at rest and my order landed safely !!

This is my first review of Aspire eCig UK after using them for 3 years. The company are quick at getting your orders out, iv placed orders after 3pm and still have received them the next day. Their customer service is good and the staff are very helpful with good knowledge on the hardware they sell.

I did contact them last week and they did advice me that its best to ring up as there whole admin team are off due to losing loved one over xmas.

This is one of the best online companies I have used, quick deliveries, genuine stock and good customer service.
