Awful hoover no power returns process you have to email them to which you get idiotic responses and delaying tactics 14 days for returns so they clearly just try to stall currently 5 emails in and no return details product is not worth the price AVOID !!;

If you enjoy wasting your time watching dust and debris being pushed around your home without actuallly being vacuumed up, you've found the right one here! Absolutely diabolical suction means whatever dust and dirt this poor excuse of a vacuum eventually picks up doesn't get past the nozzle and will dump it on the floor as soon as you switch it off. Best "trapdoor in a rowing boat" award for 2024 goes to..."Aspirato".

Slick website, fake comparison website (Top Guidance) and no refunds or cancellation policy visible prior to ordering. I don't often order from an unfamiliar website and this time failed to cross check. I read these reviews within an hour of placing my order. ( Money taken immediately) l email bombed the only contact given - an email address demanding not to ship. 24 hours later got a reply saying order had been shipped, sorry. Realising that returning the order could be a hassle, l redirected the order to my local post office and then refused it. Royal Mail has sent it back. Email now from the business saying according to their policy they will deduct £30. Item unused, in original packaging....probably worth only £30. Yes l wait to see. I will still take this up with Trading Standards. Company with very similar name registered in UK but not Aspirato. BUYER BEWARE.

bon aspirateur, très maniable avec une très bonne aspiration. Batterie avec une autonomie moyenne ! Et une énigme pour la prise en main, avec le bouton marche arrêt très mal placé qui se trouve en plein milieu de la poignée ! Du coup vous passez vôtre temps à appuyer sur le bouton marche arrêt involontairement ! Bizarre !

De stofzuiger komt totaal niet overeen met wat het aangeeft. Hij zuigt slecht snel leeg en je komt niet onder een bed door. Veel geld voor weinig resultaat. Na 14 dagen mag je de stofzuiger zo retourneren daarna met foto’s en video’s belachelijk je hebt toch gewoon garantie? Niet kopen mijn advies

Geweldige draadloze stofzuiger. Uitstekende zuigkracht, pakt gemakkelijk kattenharen op. Ik had een klein probleempje dat snel en efficiënt werd opgelost door het bedrijf

Wish I'd read the reviews first. This hoover is absolutely rubbish, it doesn't pick up, battery doesn't last. I have sent so many emails asking for my money back, they just don't answer. I'm not giving up and will continue to try and get my money back.

Wish I’d read the reviews before buying. Ordered a vacuum on 29th December, got an update saying dispatched 4th Jan. Nothing has arrived. So far there have been 18 emails between us - they keep asking for my patience and I keep asking for my money back. Definitely not a UK based company as emails always come back early hours of the morning and they’re not written particularly well. Shocking customer service and no product but they are happy to keep my money and ask me to be patient.

This machine is useless and the customer service is just as bad.
It is difficult to remove the main tube since it sticks and is badly designed. The machine clogs up and you have to poke it manually with a stick to clear it. The machine also has poor suction and leaves dirt behind. The Company were pathetic when I brought these items to their attention and so I ended up going out and buying a Dyson! Keep well clear!!

Ik heb een stofzuiger besteld bij Aspirato. Betaling 3 delen met Klarna. Volgens hun 'policy/regels ' wordt na inning 1e termijn de stofzuiger verstuurd. Ik zag dat geld van mijn rekening was geïncasseerd maar geen stofzuiger. Wat schets mijn verbazing: een mail met een link. Link gaat naar een delivery pagina in het Duits, dat aangeef dat pakket bij hun is en in transit. Vervolgens staat dat pakket weer is teruggestuurd. Volgens link pakket nooit in Nederland beland. Dus 1. Geld teruggevorderd van bank en 2. Aspirato gemaild dat ik direct bestelling annuleer, want niet blij met gang van zaken. 3. Bij Klarna direct gemeld als probleem plus mails en screenshots gestuurd. Dit allemaal in de periode half november- 21 december 2023
Daarna kreeg ik allerlei mailtjes van Aspirato dat ik ALLES moest betalen! Op gereageerd dat ik dat niet doe. Fast forward sinds eind januari 2024 krijg ik nu mails dat overige termijnen zijn teruggestort! En Volgens Aspirato doordat het adres niet klopte( geen huisnr ingevuld) bij bestelling!!!! Ben ik volgens hun policy 35 € schuldig !!!. Gemaild dat ik dit heel raar vind, want als dit het geval was: waarom ben ik na bestelling niet per mail direct op de hoogte gebracht dat mijn adres niet volledig was ? Waarom alsnog geld( 1e termijn) innen en pakket naar Duitsland ipv naar Holland sturen ?
Dit zaakje stinkt ! Dus ik heb weer contact met Klarna opgenomen en stuur om de dag een mail naar Aspirato dat ik NIET 35€ ga betalen! Zij blijven mij mailtjes sturen je moet betalen, en hebben via Klarna een soort automatisch betaalsysteem voor die 35 € in 2 termijneen te laten innen van mijn rekening terwijl ik daar geen opdracht voor heb gegeven ! Klarna geeft aan gewoon zelf via mijn bank storting laten annuleren !Ga dus NIETmet dit bedrijf in zee. Scammers.

Didn't expect it to pick up the amount of lint and dirt, but it passed my expectations, and for the price, it was a win-win. The cord is also long enough for a large room.

La batterie tient 8 minutes, les tubes sont très difficiles à enlever
Bref, fuyez cette société qui en plus a un service qui se fiche des clients et qui laisse traîner les réponses afin d'écœurer les clients

Aspirateur acheté sans regarder les avis ce qui m’arrive très rarement. Je regrette tellement mon achat !
Dès le paiement effectué j’ai quand même était regardé les avis et j’ai regretté instantanément.
Je leur ai envoyé un mail à peine 5 minutes après afin d’annuler ma commande. Ils m’ont répondu que celle ci avait déjà été expédiée (ce qui est totalement faux car j’ai reçu ma commande 15 jours après).
Ils m’ont envoyé un mail en me disant qu’une fois reçu je pourrais faire valoir mon droit de rétractation de 14 jours. J’ai donc attendu de le recevoir ( SURTOUT NE REFUSEZ PAS LE COLIS, car avec le refus, vous ne pourrez bénéficier de votre droit de rétractation et donc de la procédure de remboursement).
Je leur envoie depuis des mails afin qu’ils me fassent parvenir le bon de retour, mais ils veulent un motif de dysfonctionnement. Je leur ai expliqué que celui-ci avait une batterie insuffisante pour la surface de ma maison. Cela fait deux fois que l’ont me répond d’enlever la batterie et de la charger à part. Je leur ai bien indiqué que je voulais le remboursement de l’article et que je ferais appel à l’article du code de la consommation mentionnant le droit de rétractation de 14 jours avec preuve des mails envoyés.
J’attends de recevoir une réponse de leur part et ferais le nécessaire auprès de ma banque si je ne peux récupérer mon argent auprès d’eux. Ce qui ne les empêchera malheureusement pas d’arnaquer d’autres personnes …

These people have no idea about customer care. They are difficult to deal with and all their regulations conspire against the customer. I was told that I could return the vacuum within 14 days, but was also told that I needed to provide a video recording of any faults the product had. However, my reason for returning it was not a mechanical fault. Rather it was that I found it difficult to use as I found it top heavy for my hands as I have arthritis. I would certainly not recommend anyone to deal with this firm.

This company is a sham. I am going through the trading standards process which is slow but thorough. I suggest everyone does the same and why don't we set a WhatsApp group or report to Watchdog as well . If people don't take their own action this company will continue to trade. Citizens advice will take you through the official process.

Snap niet goed al die negatieve reacties? volgens mij zijn het de mensen die voor een dubbeltje op de eerste rij willen zitten, helaas.
Bij mij is alles prima verlopen en het apparaat voldoet ruimschoots aan zijn verwachtingen.
a: snel geleverd 5 dagen zoals aangegeven.
b: sterke zuigkracht.
c: prijs/Kwaliteitsverhouding prima.
Weet nog niet of hij de 40min. zuigtijd haalt.

J'avais regardé les avis après l'avoir commandé et je me suis beaucoup inquiétée. Mais j'ai reçu mon aspirateur au bout de 10 jours et il n'est pas petit. Les tubes se rétractent donc l'emballage n'est pas grand. Il fonctionne et aspire très bien. Voir dans le temps. J'ai pu communiquer avec la société (chinoise)

Werkt niet geeft continu storing E34 aan.
Contact opgenomen met de winkel via Klarna komen continu met oplossingen die het probleem niet verhelpen.
Ik wil gewoon mijn aankoop bedrag terug apparaat is ondeugdelijk .
Maar men blijft ons maar aan het lijntje houden.
