WOULD NEVER BUY ONLINE AGAIN
i would buy from aspecto store as i allways have, but never online as i order a pair of uggs classic black size 4 and i got uggs button brown size 5.5
i returned them to trafford centre branch who said they would exchange them for classic but didnt have size so they return them for me.
how can an order be so wrong, colour,size,styal.

I can only apologise profusely for this error the correct goods were picked for your order but the invoice paperwork was transposed upon printing and we shipped your black Uggs to someone who'd ordered chestnut and vice versa. It is a very unsatisfactory state of affairs and the member of staff responsible for the error has been hauled over the coals so I hope it will not happen again.
The goods arrived back via our store on 16 January with your request for refund not exchange and the refund was completed the same day.
Once again I can only apologise for human error and thank you for the time you have taken to respond to Trustpilot.

Amazing service and efficiency. Highly recommended.
I was really surprised by Aspecto's efficiency with my order. I ordered on line on Sunday late afternoon and had my order in my hands on Tuesday morning. I will certainly be using Aspecto again and will highly recommend it to my friends. They sell a really wide range of goods and brands so I will look forward to purchasing from Aspecto again with confidence.

Good selection in online store, prompt delivery.
This was a good experience from aspecto. They delivered quickly and have a good selection of styles of clothes. Only thing is the website and app. They look like the havnt been designed very well at all. It's. It not that they don't work. It's more the fact that they seem cheaply done with small efforts on getting it really good. Visually and a also practically they don't work well. Hopefully this is a positive comment, to help. Not trying to grumble for the sake of it, but for the sake of improvements. :-)

Thank you so much for your input we are well aware that the current app is outdated and are currently debating whether a transactional app is of any use now we have a mobile retail platform which we feel supercedes any transactional app.
With regard to the website there are two versions, the PC based version and the mobile version which has to be simple and easy to use on all mobile devices. The PC based site is being revamped as we speak and will launch later this year.

Overrall very satisfactory.
Good comms though the item i bought had to be ordered from a shop which slowed the turnaround time a little - this wasn't clear when i ordered . Would be happy to use again.

We do advise all customers that when ordering sale stock at this time of year there will be a delay in shipping due to the fact that our warehouse is empty apart from new season product and all goods are out in our stores.

Both dispatched immediately and received for Christmas - can fault.
