Number one .... Happy with seller and I will buy from them again

this was sent out extremely quickly, well packaged, great item, reasonable postage. the only criticism i have is that i asked for the item to be delivered to a different address - which it was - but i didn't receive an email back to confirm this. everything else was perfect.

Wanted a pair of Penelope Chilvers Impossible boots, but not at the impossibly high price usually quoted. Found a pair at Aspecto at a third of the price, bargain indeed! Delivered within a couple of days of ordering, couldn't be happier.

After a long search to find a particular Barbour Jacket for my daughter I came across Aspecto, unfortunately never had I used the sight before I finally found exactly what I was looking for and ordered straight away (2 days before my daughters birthday) I was unsure at first whether I'd get what I ordered but on the morning of my daughters birthday it had arrived... I am so releaved and grateful to have found such a reliable site and will most definitely be using it more often... Absolutely Fantastic, couldn't fault the service at all!

Excellent. I purchased a top which did not look the same when delivered, the top was swapped for a better colour and size very quickly. In addition, I had the new top delivery d to my home address instead of work. This was done promptly and without any fuss. I also purchased some ugh slippers for my wife over the Christmas period, which arrived well in time for Christmas, any help with shopping is a bonus during that period. Also I like the emails as they advise on new thing, which is good and will also encourage me to visit the shop more.

Received my jacket quickly but whilst trying on, the zip was broke so i had to take to your nottingham store and replace for a different colour!

I bought an item in the sale. They do make you aware that sale items might take a bit longer to be delivered which is a good sign straight away because you don't come across that often. Anyway, I ordered my item, was given a tracking number and I didn't wait that long for delivery. Very happy with the service.
