P+P to much...
The only thing that disappointed me was paying £6 p+p I live in Manchester too....
I bought one item on the thursday and didn't receive it till the Tuesday I understand that the Monday was a bank holiday. But on the same nite I ordered from the official Fred perry website the same nite order 3 items and paid NO p+p and that came from Maidstone and I received it before yours.. So i was a bit unhappy with that... But that's my only gripe..

Thank you for your review on Trustpilot. Your order was placed on 29/12/11 at 2110hrs and we shipped the goods on 30/12/11 within 24hrs but we do advise that our courier only works Monday-Friday and not on Bank Holidays so we did meet the delivery window specified if you received the goods on Tuesday.
With regards to carriage costs we have to use a signed for courier service for the payment provider's indemnity and that is currently Parcelforce. We charge a flat £6 rate whether you live in the Highlands/Islands or Northern Ireland and are struggling to get a better service from other suppliers and many will only return goods to their nearest depot which can mean long return trips to collect from them..
We were operating with free carriage on orders over a certain value pre Christmas but at this time of year we are already discounting heavily on sale items and can't apply free carriage on sale goods so we are caught between a bit of a rock and a hard place on this one but thank you for your feedback.

bought sorel cheyanne boots size 10 as advised by the shop they fitted to size. i couldn't even stand up they fitted soo small. had to return.

Thank you for your feedback but I am struggling to understand as our website shows the size scale in for these boots in UK/European and US sizes (UK 10,European 44, US size 10.5) We have sold a large number of these boots online and had no comments either from the bricks and mortar stores or our online custoimers that there is an issue with the sizing until we received your review.
We haven't received the goods back into stock as yet and I am sorry you are unhappy with the service received

My jacket came on time, and was exactly as described. I ordered it after I ordered some clothes from other retailers and aspecto delivered my jacket first, talk about quick! Really happy with my jacket, will definitely be visiting the site again!

tracked delivery + bargain priced Uggs= happy customer
I purchased Uggs as a gift for the girlfriend and was impressed with the competitive prices. What was particularly good was the communication regarding delivery. Email sent with tracking number and easily tracked using your mobile to communicate with delivery company Parcelforce,something usually made quite difficult but not here! Will deffo purchase from here again.

excellent service, would highly recommend.
My daughter wanted a black size 10 Polarquilt barbour jacket for christmas, they had none left in the barbour factory at south shields so I looked online and found one on Aspecto Clothing, I ordered it on 15th December and received it well in time for christmas. A very trustworthy company.
