I ordered your product after watching a video advertisement. The product does NOT perform anywhere near what it was advertised. Your video shows it repairing severe scratches, but that's NOT the case. Although on your packaging, I notice you have a disclaimer saying that it will not take away any heavy scratches. Had I known that, I would have never ordered your product. I tried calling in but nobody answers, and I tried your "Live Chat," but an error pops up whenever I try to reach someone. (Very Clever)I'm beginning to think that this email will be bogus as well, but he we go, giving it a shot.
I would like a refund due to the false advertisement and the fact that the product did not perform as advertised.

Der Epicooler ist reine täuschung für 147sfr bekommt man einen normalen Ventilator der heizen kann und kühlen sollte aber die Wohnung wird kein bisschen gekühlt,echt voll getäuscht!!!

I purchased The "New and Improved" Toilet Cleaning Foam. I am sad to write that it was useless. I did not foam as shown on the package. I purchased three packages which I thought was in Canadian Dollars. My bill arrived with the three packet; thus, it came in U.S. Dollars. I should have checked more closely. I am very disappointed to have purchased such a product. Oh! it did not clean my toilet, either. I will finish the third packet as directed and never purchase this product again.

Es ist meine Bewertung mit 1 Stern sogar zu hoch begriffen. Diese Druckdüse bringt mir den gleichen Druck, wie die übliche Gardena Reinigungsspritze.
Sie zeigen u. propagieren einen Druck, der einem Hochdruckreiniger gleichkommt. Das stimmt nicht, woher soll auch die Druckerhöhung kommen, ohne Zwischenpumpe o.ä. Unzufrieden, leider bin ich beim Erstgebrauch zu unvorsichtig umgegangen, ein Kratzer ist passiert, sodass ich leider nur eine der beiden zurücksenden kann.

Total waste of money, it's a scam, I should have checked here first :( The product does nothing, not even for fine scratches. Probably costs them about $5 to make and to ship, cost me $72 AUD!

I think this company would be best to close down and stop ripping off honest customers and retired folks who believe the statements about products are real!!!

Saw persuasive video clip on Toilet Cleaning Foam. Bought 4 packets. Tried it. Utterly useless. Packets were meant to contain foaming powder. Instead, they contained coagulated stuff that was damp and crumbly. Became doubtful but tried it anyway. Absolutely nothing happened. Nothing got cleaned. Total waste. Fool me.

habe eine Klimaanlage bestellt, keine Kühlfunktion,ist Schrott, habe 157 Euro verblasen.

Ordered the Nano Cloth Ultimate car paint scratch remover which removed nothing. They shipped 2 cloths for over $39 dollars that took 2 weeks to arrive which were nothing more than a pad with car wax which didn’t remove anything. I tried calling their listed number1(656)221-1407 and it just repeats a hold message for over 10 minutes. No one answers their e Mail address assistanta.com doesn’t respond. Yes I feel for a scam .

Es scheint vorsätzliche arglistige Täuschung vorzuliegen. Das beginnt mit den Videos, die niemals der Leistung in der Realität entsprechen, geht weiter mit Geldrückerhalt. Ich habe 2 von den angeblichen Power Toilett gekauft. Erst nachdem ich mit Geldrückforderung gedroht habe, bekam ich die Lieferung. Und dann kam noch nicht einmal eine Antwort oder dgl. Echt ein Witz!!! Und ob das Pulver so gut ist wie im Video gezeigt wurde, ist fraglich.
NIE WIEDER KAUFE ICH DA!!!!

I ordered one of their Epi Coolers. They took more than I expected from my VISA A/c and the item arrived weeks later. It turned out to be useless. It has a short cord and does not cool! It is clearly a cheap Chinese heater and I am uncertain if it is safe to use. Fortunately I complained to my VISA supplier and all has been refunded. I suggest you avoid this company as they do not supply a product worth having and they were impossible to contact as their e-mail refused to take messages.

I wanted to buy a cooler, was duped by the advert offering me 70% discount, so I elected to buy two. Ordered on 26th May, delivered on 22nd June, after unpacking I plugged them in, and what a disappointment, they DO NOT cool at all. To test them I hung a thermometer in front of one, after 3 hours the thermometer hadn't moved, in fact it may have gone up slightly. They also smell like they have been very hot in the past, so my advice has to be, DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE COOLER/HEATERS they are at best a very low quality heater, but a cooler they definitely are not.
