Big fraud hose nozzle false advertising bug scam don't trust em

I purchased a so called pressure nozzle and it was a total fake Their customer service is phony nobody answers.

Ordered epicooler received fan heater this is a total scam

First, it's not "air conditioning" although at the coolest setting the air is quite cold (that may be wishful thinking). However, the flex is absolutely pathetic - unless you're going to operate it within a couple of feet of a wall socket you'll need an extension cable. In addition, epicooler's website is riddled with malware and asistanta.com doesn't have a valid certificate. I suppose I'm fortunate that the thing arrived but I'll be giving it away pretty quickly.

There were no instructions that were supposed to accompany the pistol cleaner -- nor any way to attach the hose. I felt used and would never do business with you again. David Grant.

I purchased several sweeping robots and they are just rubbish. Small, poor quality, low spec and just don't work. Waiting on a refund ha ha ha. Places like this should not be allowed to advertise their scams to the public.

My daughter ordered 3 for herself and one for me to be delivered to different addresses. She had big problems contacting/chasing them about the time it was taking to receive them. (At one point I t hought it was a scam) Eventually found they were sending all 4 to one address in spite of having 2 separate order numbers and two different addresses to send them to. Eventually after weeks they arrived (to the correct addresses). VERY DISAPPOINTED just an EXPENSIVE fan which water is poured into (very messy0. Absolute waste of money. A full refund had been requested.

Ich habe vor einigen Wochen diesen sogenannten Epicooler gekauft und direkt per Pay Pal bezahlt,nach 14 Tagen habe ich dann die erste von vielen weiteren Mails an diese Unseriöse Firma gesendet und mal nachgefragt wo meine Bestellung bleibt,wurde bei den ersten Mails immer mit Ausreden vertröstet,dann habe ich weitere Mails gesendet wo sich dann niemand mehr gemeldet hat,es kammen nur nervige Mails das ich angeblich ein Guthaben auf meinem Konto hätte,irgendwann nach ca.6 Wochen kam dann dieser China Schrott an,wirbelt nur die warme Luft um bringt keine Abkühlung so wie es kundgegeben wird,diese Firma ?kann sich nur verbessern indem sie aufhört Leute hinters Licht zu führen und Abzuzocken.Also bitte an alle Finger weg von diesem Betrüger Verein,

Nanocloth scratch remover is absolutely useless, a scam for sure. Does not even remove minor scuffs, avoid this product, it's rubbish.

Waited nearly 3 and half weeks customer service dont get back to you,I ordered it 02/07 2026 recieved it 25/07/2026 was sick of sending emails to them when they finally do get back its automated system, i personally won't be buying off this firm ever again. The Airabreeze its like a cheap convector heater blowing cold air out its all a big con save urself £76 go and buy urself a fan at least it will be £50 cheaper SCAMMERS 😡😡😡😡😡

It took 6 weeks to arrive. And it is absolutely rubbish doesn't cool the room down at all.how ever when put on heat setting its good but that is not what we want it for.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONY ON THIS PRODUCT. ITS A CON.

Like everyone else here, I was fooled by compelling advertising and subsequently let down by poor products and worse service.

I bought the Car Connect Pro, which is a little Bluetooth gadget that eliminates the need to plug in your Apple/Android via cable to use CarPlay/Android Auto.

It took several weeks to arrive, which was somewhat annoying, but not the end of the world. The product worked at first, but I had some questions so I emailed customer service.

Victoria did come straight back to me and said she'd get some answers from a product specialist. A week later, I followed up asking if any progress has been made. Two weeks after my enquiry, I received a response apologizing for the delay in shipping and sending me a tracking code. Obviously, I already had the product and had some questions....which remain unanswered.

Last week, the product stopped working entirely. I made a little video and sent it in to customer service asking how to resolve the issue. This morning, I received a response from customer service apologizing the delay in shipping and sending a tracking code.

No matter what the question is, the answer is "we apologize for the shipping delay. Here is your tracking link"

Save your money and your irritation and don't buy from these guys.

Conned out of my money. Incorrect fittings for uk . Told anouther one to be sent out still waiting. At least five months now not answering my emails for refunds. Cannot find my records right mow due to computer change

Absoulute rubbish!
Does not cool the air & it's not even as powerful as a desk fan.
Cheap materials used.
Will be returning for refund.......If/when my email gets replied to.

Patentierter Stopfen für Waschbecken / Spüle soll für alle Becken passen. Ist nicht der Fall, deshalb unbrauchbar für mich.

wir haben einen Lüfter bestellt und REinigungstabletten satt 1x gleich 3xgeliefert aber das Gerät bis heute nicht, trotz Mahnung auf leferung bis heute nicht, dafür wurden schon 2x Zollgebühren eingefordert. jetzt will ich mein Geld zurück mal sehen wie lange dasdauert.

Waited 6 weeks for them to arrive ,bought 2 so-clled "Epicool Portable Smart AC unitsm" absolute rubbish please do not waste your money . My fault as i believed the advertising ,total misrepresentation by them . Suposed to be cooler and their enclosed user manual states "portable Smart AC 2 All it is ,a dual hot /cold fan . I feel that the advert misrepresent what they are actually selling .dont buy ,very poor communication as well .Emails from them with suposed tracking number ,but dont connect . Raised charge back withpaypal and then got their attention and they eventually arrived ,Very disappointed .

Je me suis laissé tenter par l'achat de l' EPICCOLER au vu du descriptif. En fait, il ne refroidit rien du tout, ce n'est qu'un ventilateur, bruyant, et bien trop cher pour ses performances.
La publicité qui est faite autour de cet "incroyable refroidisseur" n'est que mensonge.
Peut-être l'EPICOOLER chauffe-t-il bien mais je ne l'ai acheté pour cela.
