This site is nothing but AI generated crap. No one is going to eloquently say the things they do. Shame on Asian soul for playing with matters of the heart. I will spread the word on social media it's a fake site! Im also contacting the Attorney General. No reviews state that they actually met anyone!
Update: Asiansouls will not even give a refund and close my account. I keep getting the run around. I even posted a photo of an 80 year old drag queen and guys are still messaging me. It is so fake. I am going to contact the Attorney General and see what I can do.

I don’t normally bother but here I am. I thought I’d check this site out since it was rated middle of the road. My experience on this site, unfortunately, is like another site I’ve tried as well. Yes, I read they work with credits. Ladies, don’t bother. It’s ridiculous how much you may end up spending. The quality of men may appear all right but then soon after you begin a conversation, it’s like a switch & bate! It’s obvious you are chatting with either a robot or someone totally different. Not a very effective site for even just making a friend and chatting. Costly! There you have it!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer support provided by AsianSouls.
I purchased 800 credits, but they disappeared in less than 24 hours. I contacted customer support several times asking for a clear explanation of where my credits had gone.
Unfortunately, I only received the same automated replies over and over again. Instead of answering my questions, they kept sending generic explanations that did not address my case.
I asked multiple times for a human agent to review my account and explain each credit deduction, but my request was ignored.
As a paying customer, I expect transparency and proper customer service. If a large number of credits is deducted, the company should be able to provide a clear and understandable explanation.
At this point, I feel frustrated because I still do not have an answer to my original question.
I hope AsianSouls will finally assign a real support agent to review my account and resolve this issue

It's all fake Ai people not humans. Don't waste your time
I signed up and within hours I have 2-3 emails and more messages. Sadly, they're not from real people. Every photo on here and every message or email you receive is fake Ai. You have to pay money to answer the fake person! You can just tell by how each message is written that it's not a real person. A human wouldn't write goofy things like that. Each Asian is a fake photo. I really miss the ethnicity filter on Grindr where we could just search Asians. Grindr has gotten so bad that I rarely bother with it anymore. Too many ads and $40/month to lessen them. No thanks.
