1-Chang Mung Beans Whole (Munggo/Monggo) 400g (RECEIVED)
2-Aroy-D Coconut Milk 400ml (RECEIVED)
1-Nishiki Rice Musenmai (Medium Grain) 2.5kg (NOT RECEIVED)
2-Datu Puti Value Pack (Soy Sauce 1L and Vinegar 1L) (RECEIVED)
3-Kain na Frozen Pepper Leaves (Dahon ng Sili) 227g (RECEIVED ONLY TWO BUT IT WAS MELTED, LEAKING AND HAD A BAD SMELL; HAD TO DISPOSED IT AWAY)

I emailed and called to complain but no response at all. No notice of the missing item at all but STILL I WAS CHARGED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

I always have such a good experience ordering from Asian Grocery. There's always a huge range, and the delivery is speedy. I tend to shop here when I have big events at work that need something specific and they've always been there for me. Highly recommend them and will be returning in future for sure.

They have a faulty online system that does not have an up to date inventory/stock list. I placed an order on 14/10 and one specific item I ordered in large quantity are STILL currently showing online as in stock and I'd be able to add to my basket, checkout and pay for it.

A guy name Mark texted me on 16/10 to say it's out of stock and asked if I wanted to replace the item with something else or request a refund. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked to ship order to me when item came back in stock otherwise to update me 1 week later (end of this past week).

Tried contacting them since Friday to no avail, and received no order dispatch or updates from them either so they just held onto my money.

I eventually got through to them today, Mark answered my call but not my texts, and informed me the item is still not back in stock. Unapologetic, he asked what I wanted moving forward. He offered me to wait ANOTHER week for the item to come back in stock or to refund me, which would be an obvious resolution if there is no stock of said item I've ordered. I've asked for a refund because they seem to want to hold onto my money as long as they wanted to, dishonest thieves.

Ridiculous customer service and most importantly - deceptive and unapologetic. If I didn't contact them, how long would they have kept money and not contact me?

You won't know what items are actually in stock until you have ordered and paid your money!!! 🤷🏻‍♀️❗️❌️

**Update - Requested for refund on 23/10, no refund or correspondence received. Called them again on 25/10 to chase for refund and their response was "system issue" again! They then sent me an email to confirm "partial refund processed" while I was on the phone and told me "it's refunded now". They left out the £6.50 delivery fee so they will "call me back" when someone else managing the store can process the shipping fee refund. This is RIDICULOUS!! 11 DAYS WITH MY MONEY AND APPARENT NEVERENDING SYSTEM ISSUES!!!

I love to buy my big box variety of noodles. Something for everyone (usually). Quick delivery as promised. My only issue is that i have have specifics i love, but most times they are out of stock. However, there are lots of choice hence I still buy. Bought again end Sept approx.
