Illegal practices and poor customer service
In November 2025, I ordered over $800 of clothes and when they arrived, most were too small even though I had followed the guidelines. I was told that the clothes that were bought on sale were ineligible for return.
I pointed out to them that the landing page clearly marks 30-day hassle free returns with no indications it excluded sale items (only in the return policy at the end of the extensive instructions).
They agreed to replace the items I ordered as a one-time courtesy.
It is now January 14th and I still haven't received anything. I have emailed several times and I am not getting any responses.
I should also point out that their clothes have no tags indicating the company name, the size, the country of provenance, or instructions for care. I found out that this is illegal and will be sure to report them to the appropriate authorities.
