We received a delivery today from Ashford Blake, and we couldn’t be happier. The desk itself is excellent quality — sturdy, well-made, and looks fantastic in the office.

A huge thanks to Alex and Rob, who came to assemble it. They were professional, efficient, and friendly, making the whole process completely hassle-free.

Highly recommend Ashford Blake for anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding service!

Great service and quality products. I ordered 2 rustic office desks. These arrived today and I am very pleased with them. Ordering and communication was very good. An excellent delivery and set-up experience - the two guys did a great job bringing these up stairs to a first floor office! For the rustic desks bear in mind that these are heavy if you have to move them between offices, but they are exactly what I wanted. Many thanks to the team at Ashford Blake.

Great service. To the details of the order, regular correspondence with Hayley in the fee weeks of production that followed, advance notice to the day of delivery and messaging on the morning of it – things couldn’t have gone more smoothly.

We re delighted with the table, which is a serious piece of furniture. Exactly as described. Rob and Alex did a brilliant job to get the very heavy table into the room (up stairs, round multiple corners etc) without marking anything. Super friendly and couldn’t be more helpful.

A very unique family run business. I ordered the coffee table & was absolutely blown away with the high quality product I recieved. Hayley resolved my delivery issue with speed & was extremely professional & friendly in her support. Charlie who dealt with my purchase was also highly professional, friendly & extremely truthful when I made the purchase. Found Ashford Blake on line, took a chance as we needed a bar for our cocktail lounge, boy oh boy did we get a bar! Loved the fact you can bespoke a genuinely individual hand made piece that was delivered when they said they would, if anything over communicated, and built on site by nice people. If you want lasting quality and good service by a decent business, look no further. Initially looks pricey, when you have the quality in your home, looks like good value.

Great experience from start to finish, the bar fits perfectly into the kitchen and made extremely well, installed by the delivery team perfectly

Communication was excellent from the first contact - fast and efficient. Once ordered we were kept up to date with progress. Delivery was excellent - the table was assembled for us quickly.
We absolutely love it - it looks amazing and it's such good quality.

Very happy with purchase much better than the cheap flimsy flat pack stuff you get online.

Customer service very helpful when asking about custom sizing for the table, and we were advised before order that that there would be up to a 4 week wait for delivery as the table is handmade and we are In Scotland (Dundee) so the delivery takes a little longer as they only have one Scottish delivery run a month (at present).

Delivery guys also built the table and put it in position so all we had to do was tell them where to put it!

Would put photos on here but trustpilot doesnt have the option to do so as a review really doesnt do this table justice without photos.

These are handmade tables so if you want to alter the dimensions from the standard you can do for a small fee (we decided there was no need in the end, but the option is there if you want it)

Our dining room table is a lovely, stylish piece of furniture. It is sturdy and has an excellent finish. The whole process from order to delivery was easy and uncomplicated.

This was our first experience of Ashford Blake and we couldn't have chosen better. We chose the Oak Table and accompanying bench and found the quality, craftmanship and customer service exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, from Charlie who dealt with our order to the delivery crew. We couldn't recommend them highly enough. We've already ordered a second bench and will be back for more. The service was first class, I made a mistake on the order, sent an email and it was dealt with immediately and fuss free.

The delivery was quicker than originally quoted which was great.

The guys turned up, exactly on time, assembled the table how I asked them to.

All in all a great experience and I would happily use again.
