Marvin and his team arrived early, were flexible based on my building’s layout, and went above and beyond to add extra screws to set up my bed frame.

DO. NOT. USE! Booked them to move and on the day of the move, they tried to charge me an additional $4k. Trash! When I said no, they just left. They said they'd send my deposit back in a few days. I'm not optimistic. You have been warned.

Antonio and Robert from Asher movers are two of the nicest people EVER. I did not have a good experience with the broker Safe Ship who tried adding additional fees after they quoted me an already outrageous price. They also said i could pay Asher Movers w Amex if i pay the remainder of my balance all up front which was a lie amd i only found out after i made the deposit and had no way of getting my $ back (yes def safe ship is sleezy) Asher Movers does not accept AMEX. Safe Ship said they reviewed the call but wouldnt own up to telling me false information. Then i never recieved a call day prior from the movers to deliver my stuff bc come to find out they were having phone issues. Their boss Ricardo immediately started to put the blame on me, threatening to tact on a bunch of additional fees. He ignored my calls and never text back, he has zero customer service skills and is clearly in it to make a quick buck in unprofessional ways. Needless to say when the delivery people came (antonio and robert) i had zero expectations on having a good experience with them bc of my experience with Safe Ship the broker (dont use) or asher movers 'boss' guy ricardo who has zero inclination to make it right with his customers so they want to use his service again but i was completely surprised and taken aback by how helpful Antonio and Robert were they were respectful and helpful and hardworking and by the end of this experience we were laughing and hugging and high fiving eachother. I would most def work w Antonio and Robert again i would not work w anyone else from that company, nobody else there cares about the actual customer. Antonio and robert left leaving a smile on my face during this stressful move experience and put me completely at ease. Like i said before Safe ship (broker) and Ricardo from Asher dont care about anything but the $ and it shows. I wish the best to Antonio and Robert u guys are awesome
