Thankfully we started the review of my mortgage early. Due to covid it made sense to start the process of moving my mortgage to another lender ahead of time. Thanks to Ashby Mortgages the process was quick, simple and painless. Excellent access to lenders and an advisor who was patient and understood the requirements of my new mortgage. I was very impressed, even from the first initial phone call there was a high degree of helpfullness and understanding as to my options and what the process would involve.
Throughout the process every step was discussed and explained to make sure I was happy and understood.
We discussed my concerns and needs of an appropriate mortgage and came to a decision as to what mortgage suited me best, in which I believe I got a good deal.
After sending the obligatory paperwork to Ashby Mortgages I literally had to sit back and wait as Errol continued to complete the mortgage application on my behalf, constantly updating me as to what the next step would be and the paperwork I would be receiving and if any action was required with it.
