Fantastic product, many Scooter’s struggle on grassy terrains, particularly in the wet, NOT this one. I compete in agility but I have mobility issues, with my Electromobi I can get to the rings with ease. My husband found a bike rack to take the scooter that sits on our ball hitch. Anyone looking for a scooter should to check this one out, it’s awesome

I’ve purchased two of the folding bikes from this company. Both the product and the company are impressive. I visited them today as one of the bikes had developed an electrical malfunction. They identified the problem fitted a new part and said no charge, all under warranty. The bike is over 3 years old. What amazing service. I highly recommend A S Bikes, quality and service you rarely see nowadays

An excellent company to deal with. The bikes are very well built and good quality. Any questions or after purchase issues / "wear and tear" repairs are dealt with by the friendly, super efficient team even years after purchase. Could not recommend too highly! Wish all companies were operated with the same customer care ethos.

We have had the electrotricycle for over 2 years now and it has behaved faultlessly. I did have one query but this was answered immediately on the phone. We take the trike folded up in our towcar each year to Spain for the wife, along with our caravan. They have some wonderful cycle lanes over there. Recently my balance has not been so good so I asked about fitting a second seat to it. Their response was very positive so I eagerly await the outcome.
You can deal here with the designer and producer of the electric bikes. That says so much in these days of mass produced cheap imports.

I met the AS Bikes team in person at a motorhome show as I needed a repair after being hit by a car, they were all incredibly friendly and fixed my bike that afternoon, despite it being a difficult fix that two bike repair shops had attempted already, to no avail.

Every time I have interacted with them I have had fast and friendly service, on top of that, the actual bike is a dream, it's comfortable to ride and solidly built.

I highly recommend AS Bikes to everyone I speak to looking to get an E-Bike.

Fabulous service from AS bikes. So friendly and helpful on the phone. I have always found them to have great customer service and this was no exception, especially as the trike I bought was second hand. Unfortunately for me it needed a new battery, but the replacement is on its way. Very quick and efficient, small family business.

I contacted As bikes regarding a replacement battery, as it turned out I did not need one. They were very helpful and obliging in there reply to me.

I bought an electrotrike from AS Bikes and I love it. It's given me back a real joy in cycling and getting to explore more of the countryside. Every time I ride it I get comments from at least one person on what a smart looking bike it is and have referred several people to the company. Their customer service is exemplary and I'm delighted to recommend them.

My bike stopped working when out a few days ago. The motor was still functioning but there was no power assistance. I called AS Bikes and explained the problem. They immediately identified the issue and sent me a replacement sensor, with instructions for installation, together with a crank tool which I was asked to return, even including the money for the return. This was amazing, excellent service, especially as I had bought the bike second hand; they were still helpful, prepared to assist and quick in their response. I cannot recommend then highly enough. Had a problem with the trike, just a small part that nobody else could supply. Phoned AS bikes, explained situation, they were more than happy to book us in to repair it. We showed up at their premises in Coventry, within half hour problem was sorted. They even took the opportunity to give the bike the once over & adjusted the brakes etc. Both people we saw were very friendly & chatty 10/10. So happy to be back on the road .Thanks from Theresa.
