Y porque tengo que poner una estrella para avanzar. Malas malissimas botas! Con un precio exagerado pésima calidad. Cartón por dentro en vez de piel! Me han durado una semana y se levanto la suela por pasar en un charco!!!! Son botazas y a quien me va a decir que es normal tengo unas hispanitas que han recorrido los mismos caminos y siguen impecables más usadas pero impecables. Ah y el cuero al mínimo roce se estropea!!!! Anda ya. En definitiva peores que compradas en merkalzado. Solo les vale el diseño!y a 250 euros el par pues.....

Iv’e been a loyal customer for many years and I have noticed in the past few years the quality of the leather is not as nice. you spend a good amount of money on a pair of boots wear them just a couple times and there’s already creases with the leather could start to crack, even though I’ve made sure to condition my boots it does not matter. The creases are hard. The quality of the leather has went down completely. Because of this matter, it makes me wonder if I want to spend that kind of money. on a boot that is technically not high-quality no more another thing I noticed is you could buy a brand new pair of boots and there’s already defects on them. The status part is I hate to even have to write a review like this this has been my favorite brand for a lot of years. I have now turned to. John Fluevog now that’s some high-quality leather very well-made boots still to this day.

He tenido un problema con una mochila y no me solucionaron y remarcar la atemcion al.cliente no fue buena. Solia comprar mucho pero definitivamente no me apetece volver a comprar nada mas. Prometen cosas que no cumplen. Y con sus precios creo que deberian ser mas comprensibles y atentos.
En la pagina salen fotos de la mochila pero no la manera de como se cierra. Y eso confunde. Las botas casi todas son comodas. Pero algun bolso es incomodo de usar.
Una pena la verdad.

Bought a pair of boots for almost $400. The second time I wore them I needed to clean a spot. I did so per AS98s instructions and it stripped the color from the boot. I reached out to customer service twice. The first time, I got no response. The second time, they were defensive saying they hadn’t received a message associated with my email - I then responded with screenshots of my previous submission. The customer service rep told me I just needed to take them to a cobbler. I expected better craftsmanship and definitely better customer service for the price. Will not purchase from this brand again and will encourage others not to as well.

I bought a pair of very cute sandals, was super excited to get them in the mail. When I tried them on, they fit weirdly where they wouldn’t stay in my foot but fly forward with each step. Wore them around the house to make sure. Then, I tried to return that pair. They told me: they were worn, we are sending it back to you. Meanwhile I ordered a smaller size- to see if it fits better. So now, I have two pairs of shoes that fit me, but are designed in a way that doesn’t stay on- and no way to return them. Beware, buyers- these guys are out to make money and don’t consider customers. Two expensive pairs of shoes that dont fit- and no one cares enough to keep a customer… too bad .

I’ve ordered several pairs of shoes from this company. The previous ones didn’t fit me well, so I returned them without issues. This time, the sandals I received looked great and initially seemed to fit. But after trying them on around the house, I felt something strange — they caused painful sores on my feet.

To be sure, I wore them inside for a short while to see if they’d break in. Unfortunately, the discomfort got worse, so I decided to return them. To my surprise, the company rejected my return, claiming the shoes had been “worn.”

I was shocked. I only wore them briefly at home to test if I could actually use them. Sadly, I didn’t have photos from the moment they arrived, so I couldn’t prove their original condition.

This experience was very frustrating, especially considering the price of these items. I expected more understanding and flexibility. I won’t be shopping from them again — and I’d suggest others think twice before ordering.

Ordered a pair of sandals last week, hoping against the odds they'd arrive before I go on holiday this week. Not only did they arrive, the service was super fast, great shipping/transit updates from the courier. Expect ill live in these all summer. I'll buy again.
