Bought for hubby who has dry eyes and had a cataract operation. No instructions in English but not difficult to work out how to use it. He has used it everyday and is really happy with it. He said his eyes not as dry and have stopped being as irritated. Delivery was quick, all in all very happy.

I ordered this. Paid £24.99 - have since seen the same device for £7.52 on Amazon. Came with no instructions - only Chinese. Chinese on the box. Cheap fake item. Charged it up once and used it. Then won't work now. Emailed the company several times via direct email and through their site - no response. Have just raised a case with PayPal. Do not buy this product.

Bought white version, now they advertise a green version and say the white one is rubbish.
Sent wrong solution to mist eyes.
Instructions were a very poor translation and did not make sense. Basic info was missing.
Did not reply to emails.
Definitely not recommended.

I have not received my order. I should have received it a week ago. I have written five times to Aryxx but have had no reply. I have not been given a refund. Their tracking does not work (UK). I cannot in any way recommend this company.

Waited weeks for it to be delivered and when it arrived got the wrong liquid sent and Chinese instructions!
Had to guess how to use . Also feels very cheap so dont think it will last long would definitely not recommend buying

My order was placed on 22 Dec and arrived today, 8 January. As one of the other reviewers said I was expecting a white one but received a green one and as previews reviews said they are a cheaper version and from china. All instructions are in Chinese and therefore I had to guess how to use it. I intend to contact the company and see what happens.

Arrived reasonably quickly. Compact. Filled with hot water to warm up quicker. Battery life could be longer. Surprised how well it worked. Had eye lenses replaced couple of years ago and one eye has suffered. Have used the unit for just over a week and seems to have fixed my problem.

My device stopped heating up after three uses , it is still within the warranty period , despite several emails to their customer service I have received nothing from them . I am not requesting a refund just a working replacement !!

Used to proper struggle with sore dry eyes and never had a decent solution to fix it till I came across their eye comfort pro from a Facebook Video and honestly mate absolute game changer. The steam mate is bang on you can actually feel it working when you use it. Wasn’t a gimmick at all will 100% be returning might even give that solution they’ve got a go as well. Proper lifesaver this one

Not what I ordered, instructions all in Chinese. Nothing like the product on their website. A complete con. I could have bought this elsewhere for half the price.

Amazing device. My eyes used to water every single day then I saw them saying on there Facebook ad that it’s actually dry eye. Been using their eye comfort device for w weeks now now and it feels so refreshing plus the streaming has stopped almost completely. Some days it still happens but only if I stay outside for most of the day. Highly recommend to anyone with a streaming problem.

Honest to God yeah, thought this was bollocks but took the chance and bought it and fair play to them, it actually works wonders on my eyes. Shipping times weren’t bad in my own experience. Solid overall

I ordered it about 2 weeks before Christmas and was having trouble figuring out where my order was I emailed them and didn't hear back from them until a couple days after. They apologised and told me they were really busy over the holidays there were a ton of delays, shortly after they refunded me everything and told me it was still on the way.

It arrived yesterday and it's a fantastic piece of kit it makes my eyes feel so refreshed. Grab one you'll be happy you did.

As someone else has written on here, I ordered an item via the website (not via Facebook), which when it arrived was not the one I had ordered (different design). Despite dire warnings on their site that their item was safer, re temperature which according to them could go unregulated and be damaging of course if too high, and that there were a lot of cheap copies out there, (why I ordered it from the Aryxx site), when it arrived, it not only did not look like the one I had ordered (the one I ordered is still showing on their website - different colour and design), but there was nothing at all on the item or instructions inside the box that said it was from Aryxx rather than a cheapear fraudulent copy.

I immediately wrote to them on 15 Dec to express my concern and had no reply.

Yesterday I wrote to PayPal about the product and immediately had my money refunded. I would not give the company even one star.

I bought an eye steamer from watching the film clip on Facebook comparing their product to others. Imagine my disappointment when I did not receive their green one as shown! Even the eye solution bottle I got has all the instructions in Chinese. I sent them an email and guess,no response. STAY CLEAR.
I gave 1 star as I couldn’t give 0 stars.

Received a faulty item from this company. Have e-mailed and filled out contact forms on their website several times and they are completely ignored. They promise a 60 day money back guarantee and this is obviously a lie. This company should not be allowed to trade as they do not comply with basic trading rules and regulations
