I had placed an offer on a piece, but it looks like it may have not actually been available as my bid was cancelled. Shortly after, Isabel Telonis reached out asking if I might be interested in looking for anything else. I let her know that my sites were really set on something from the same series by the artist and she was able to find 2 unlisted pieces. I loved one and was able to purchase it. There was an issue with the shipping cost being higher than anticipated, but Isabel was able to go back and have it shipped a different way, drastically reducing the fee (several hundres saved).

Isabel was so helpful and quick in her responses and it was truly a pleasure to work with her!

Everything went well from the bidding, I had an answer right away to the impeccable sending.

I have tried to buy paintings from you. You present beautiful paintings for us to purchase. Down and dirty you don't get what you see. They can't reproduce the paintings the way you 1st see the painting. You loose serious interested in the love you 1st had for the painting. Don't waste your time with dispointment...
This has nothing to do with a refund. It was the frustration of trying to get the paintings to look like on your site.

I recently purchased two works of art by Alane Levinsohn. I am extremely happy with them; they are exquisite and perfectly convey the beauty of the desert and Joshua Tree National Park.

WITH THE STAFF AT ARTSY, I AM ALWAYS MET WITH KNOWLEDGABLE PEOPLE WHO ARE HONESTLY,VERY CARING AND PATIENT. THEY HAVE HAD TO PUT UP WITH ME FOR AT LEAST 8 MONTHS NOW.8 MONTHS !!! IF NOT LONGER. I CONSTANTLY ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS THE MOST PREDOMINANT ONE BEING:"DO YOU STILL HAVE MY PIECE". THEY DO HAVE IT AND I AM DOING WHATEVER I CAN TO FINALLY MAKE A REASONABLE OFFER WHICH, IS SOMETHING THEY ENCOURAGE....MAKE AN OFFER. I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN THIS POSITION (BEING "THAT" PERSON) WANTING A PIECE SO BAD AND EVERY DAY THAT GOES BY HOPING NOT A SOUL KNOWS WHERE IT IS SO, IT ISN'T PURHASED. MY DELAYS WHICH ARE MAINLY DUE TO HEATH CONDITIONS ARE ALWAYS MET WITH ENCOURAGING WORDS FROM THE STAFF AT ARTSY. BEING A DEALER NYSELF, I KNOW HOW IT IS TO DEAL WITH "THAT" PERSON WHO,I SEE MYSELF BEING IN THIS SCENARIO BUT, THE ARTSY STAFF DOES NOT.. I have had a very good experience with the artsy.net
customer support. I was fortunate enough to have a running email thread with Azusa. She was able to contact a particular gallery and successfully had a number of images removed that this gallery was claiming to be sold or are for sale. I am the owner of these images and they are all with me. She was able to correct the issue within a week. I am very thankful to her. Her customer service is most excellent!

My Artsy customer service experience was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that any issues with my order were promptly and completely resolved. Shout out to [A.] Federica, Collector Services Manager for their expert assistance.

Good pieces and relevant artists. It would be great if having more often reviews on artist, more trends by artistic movements besides announcing art fairs. Also some pieces might require financing and the portal doesn’t offer financing programs. For example I am keen to acquire a piece that it’s valued for US$ 10K and it’s not feasible to make such large purchase by credit card.

Great find, well packed for shipping, and very helpful getting assistance throughout the process.

I like the print. I paid more than I thought it framed. The frame resembled something that could be purchased in a dollar store. It was incredibly well wrapped, and, yet, the corner of the frame had splintered and cannot be repaired. I am very disappointed and don’t know that I would recommend this site.

I made a purchase and was charged twice. It was sort of my fault for sending them my offer and then accepting their offer. Truth is..Why does their system allow that? The good thing is that their support team is very good. Lake and Isabel were both very attentive in helping me. Lake took her time to understand what happened and to ensure I was refunded. The refund was immediate. The Gallery "Superposition" was very good too. They were concerned about the error and assisted as best they could. The Curator set me up with the artist to pick up the piece. Lake assisted me with scheduling the pick up as well. I will use Artsy again.

I am in awe and obsessed with the support I receive from our account manager (Joumana). She constantly checking in and informing us way to better increase our visibility within the pool.

Love features and that Artsy is constantly evolving.

Found the staff very helpful. It was my first time buying through Artsy and they were wonderful at helping me to navigate the process.

There are a lot of fake reviews here, apparently they pay for fake reviews, because I used this platform and several times I buy something, then it turns out that it's not there or someone else bought it, in general their system is total damage, the report responds quickly but does not do any work, totally inadequate, if you are looking for a serious platform this is not one.

I was amazed at the service and especially the packing job. All my questions were answered fully, and communication with the gallery and the artist were easy. The delivery service couldn't have destroyed the package unless they had sunk the van in the river!
