A google form makes filling it out easy and the service is great for me. Once the images are loaded properly, I can add my own descriptions, etc. I will take advantage when I'm ready to spiff up my home page.Thanks!

COMPLAINT: I am writing to formally complain about Art Storefronts’ ongoing inability to deliver the product and services that were promised to me. I have an extensive email trail documenting repeated issues, commitments made by your team, and deadlines that were not met. I have requested a refund of my initial payment, however your team has advised that a refund is not possible. I paid for this service in good faith and did not receive what was promised. As a result, I have suffered a financial loss and considerable frustration. This has been a horrendous experience.

Art Storefronts is a great organization and not only does it provide incredible tools for creatives to help grow their businesses, but their support team is second to none!

The product is okay, but emails and messages to their customer service team are NEVER replied to.

As a new member of ASF, I have been using Arty first to get answers to my questions. Arty does a great job explaining the solution. Usually that leads to another question and Arty politely answers.

Giovanni was very helpful, gave me clear and detailed instructions regarding my questions, before i could ask for them.

I worked with Miljan to create my GlowUp. Actually, Miljan did all the work based on my input. The first draft was good, but I did have things I wanted changed. She made all of the changes. The second draft finished the project.

My website was set up very quickly, with great communication from the Technical Agent handling my setup.

The delivered product looks incredible! And the ongoing assistance provided by Art Storefronts as part of the service certainly makes the process far less daunting.

Very helpful and patient agents, especially the one setting up my new website.

However there is still such a lot of work to do myself, to be expected I suppose. Art Helper’s ideas are great but I’ve had to reduce the frequency of daily to weekly as I am getting overwhelmed.
