The following is meant to be constructive criticism. The website should be more clear about how much space is allocated to a logo and/or text. Most sites have interactive logo placement and test assistance. As I explained to (name), I need these quickly, yet I had to call several times just chasing the proof. The proof was sent over one week after I completed the web ordering process. Being time sensitive, if I do not receive the guides by the end of this week, I will return them and cancel the credit card payment. Not an enjoyable customer experience.

I started this process 11/19 -our church youth group wants to make "blessing Bags" to give to the homeless for Christmas. We order 100 bags initially; the project was a huge success at our church and I needed to order 100 more. I asked how long it would take to receive the bags and I was told about 5 - 7 days from the order. SO FAR NO BAGS!! I am worried! So I am not too happy. So far not a good experience.

For some reason, the money clip is our most popular "give-away". I guess cuz everyone can use them..

I have been shopping at Art Pro for over 2 years. I have gotten to know Their Staff over the time,they give excellent advice! I recently ordered a T shirt. which im very happy with! I was asking for sample first, and received it OVERNIGHT!!

Sent in the logo to have a proof made along with the PMS color code after i was asked which color i wanted to use. After the PMS color was sent it, i was given a limited list of colors to choose from. If there were a limited number of choices, i should have been given that instead of an open ended question of which color. I sent in my choices to see digital proofs and I asked if black was an option and received no response. Now i'm getting this survey and have not yet seen any proof. I hope this survey doesn't mean the transaction is completed because i still have not seen or approved any of the proofs.

Bags came out great, I only have one complaint the more friction applied ink does smear a little. looks 5 stars durability 3 stars which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Wow to your t-shirts! Huge variety of colors to choose from! They're really exciting and bright. The selection is way above and beyond what I expected. Moreover, the shirts feel comfy, which was a major asset since comfort plays a major role with young playful teenagers. WOW again!

I love this company. I really do. The service is awesome the selection is much better than you would imagine.

I think the reason that I have always liked this company is the customer service. I actually don't know anything about customer service. Sure enough if you are patient you will get quality FREE advice about all things. I think the prices are reasonable and that is coming from someone who has a long-term love affair with Amazon and many online companies.

During my most recent experience with this company I needed to return unopened unused sealed item! ::gasp:: at the end of the day this was resolved in a way I felt bad returning it.

I called their office in they helped me take the right product for my industry - a small mirror with my logo on it :) .

The shipping was also as promised I actually got it a day faster.

The ArtPromos.com team really solve my problem. I provided art work to customize the Puzzle Piece Coasters, however the artwork size I would not imprint legibly. I thought that I would have to take out some wording which would have changed the messaging but ArtPromos.com team provided me with an legible option that kept all of my artwork and wording. YEAH!

I haven't ordered anything yet. The rep is very friendly and helpful.

I am extremely pleased to write a glowing review for Artpromos. They were very friendly, efficient, and professional at every step of the process. Even being based in Central Africa, I had no problems coordinating our purchase of branded Islander Patio Umbrellas and their shipment to our partners in the US. Artpromos even cheerfully granted our request to rush the order, even though it was poor planning on our part that time was limited. They have great prices and awesome service. Very eager to order more great stuff from them in the future.

The contact persons ( Molly and Miriam) for my order were very helpful and answered all concerns promptly and with followup. I was however disappointed with the shipping packaging for the items. The 600 magnifiers were singularly dumped into a large box. There was no protective wrapping inside the box for problematic weather. It was necessary to individually count each item to be sure my order was complete. It would have been helpful to have had the items bundled in packets of 20 or more.

The customer service was outstanding, very knowledgably and helpful.
