Ordered 2 paint by numbers for my daughter’s 21st birthday! Wish I had read the trustpilot reviews beforehand as I wouldn’t have touched these guys with a barge pole! I placed the order with 12 days delivery leeway which by going by other companies is plenty of time but then heard nothing … so I emailed them on Monday telling them I need delivery by Friday as these items are a gift & we need to take them with us … I get a response saying we are processing your order! Still processing my order a week later! Seriously! I get told to read the t&cs regarding their delivery policy? Good luck to anybody who would like to attempt to read their policies as it sends you in a downward spiral of arrows & nothing is available to view! I still haven’t yet received the 2 paint by numbers I ordered for my daughters 21st so I cant comment on the quality but I can on the delivery as it was awful & I ended up ordering her a replacement from Amazon prime which arrived the next day & in time to gift for her birthday!

Supposed express post delivery not received with order placed over a fortnight ago.

No response to my email follow up, on my special order made for my niece's bday.

I've painted quite a few paintings from this site... 4 in total... 3 of them were nice, all the colors were there, I had more than enough paint, but only because I like to thin it out with water as it's too thick to paint with if not.. the quality of the canvas has gone down too, my first painting was amazing quality, thick canvas and nice colors of paint with good pigmentation, meaning they don't require more than one layer, the others? not so much... the canvas is super thin, print quality is so damn bad, its so hard to read the numbers, and see the lines of where to paint... I also just looked up one of my paintings on the site cause there are numbers missing on the print, and I don't know what color to put there, and I saw that the colors don't match the picture AT ALL... I'm so disappointed, I've spent 5 days on this already and now I don't wanna work on it anymore... I would recommend not getting some of the "detailed" prints from the site... go for simple designs to be sure you get a nice result... I've paid almost 500DKK for products on this site over the past 6 months and I'm not sure I'll be buying from here again after this...

I bought 3 different paintings. First of all, it took forever to arrive, and even though I paid extra for a quicker delivery, they did not deliver on time at all. Second of all, when it arrived, and I started on the first painting, the colors did NOT match the photos I had seen of the painting. Further on, there was an entire color missing, which made up a lot of the painting, so I couldn't finish. I wrote to the support e-mail, and was told that they would send me the missing color. It never arrived.
When I started on the second painting, all the colors were there, but there were 3 colors, which I had far too little of. So again, I couldn't finish the painting, and it didn't match the photo I had seen online either. I opened the third painting, and again I can see that there will not be enough of some of the colors, so I haven't even bothered starting.
I won't be ordering from here again.

Worst customer support I have received. They messed up my address, informed me only after the package had already been shipped back to them and tried to avoid refunding my order. It took me almost a month to clarify the issue and get my money back. I would not recommend to anyone, it was an awful and full of stress experience.

Simply fantastic service. I ran out of a color and I asked them if I could buy extra - they shipped extra for me free of charge. Very polite customer service, quick responses.
The canvas itself is of great quality, the paintings turn out very nicely indeed.

The colours didn't match the picture at all. Also, wrote a bad review on their website but it didn't get posted. Wrote another one, where I ranked them full stars but wrote that the colours were bad - that review got posted. Seems like they automatically post good reviews, and that bad ratings doesn't get posted. That's shady of a business to do.

The quality of the paint made some of it impossible to paint with. Furthermore, they sent me a wrong product and some parts where missing from another product. When contacting the customer services, I did not experience that they took responsibility for the error and they did not do anything to correct it.

I was very disappointed, what I received was nothing like the image on the website. The website shows a painting with vibrant colours and what I got was a basic image instead. Some colours (e.g. yellow) were not even part of the set. Also the canvas was damaged because they roll it up and put it in a too small box. I asked for a refund and they said they don't accept returns if the product isn’t damaged. European law implies though that online bought products can always be returned, without having to give a reason for it. Stating this in the end they did refund me. I asked how to return it and who would pay this shipment and they said I can keep it. Strange business..

This was the best way to killing time when you stuck at home for Covid-19.

Do not buy with them. The order was made almost a month ago, they took the money and nothing has arrived yet. They refuse to refund as first they will need to have the painting back (which is supposed to be stuck in Germany). Horrible service.

I am halfway through my first painting and it looks great!

Received the order within short period of time.I ordered 2 pieces of paint by numbers, one for my daughter and one for myself. My daughter (11 yrs old) loves the Panda painting as it was easy to follow and she's almost finished working on it. On the other hand, mine was a bit complicated with smaller number paints so I had to take my time and don't want to rush it.
