Fast, secure, and more useful than I thought. I thought I was taking a chance with outsourcing it here instead of waiting on someone familiar, but this was GREAT! You've convinced me, Mike.

Repeatedly asked to discuss my project vocally over the phone, despite my explaining multiple times that I have a hearing disorder and that wouldn't work for me. They were argumentative. They refused to listen to me when I told them things about my machine and how it works and about my needs for my files and my project. They told me to send my files to "a better embroidery company", and were just generally unhelpful. Then had the nerve to email me a month later asking if I had any files to send them for digitization work, despite us not concluding our business on the best of terms. I was legitimately surprised to hear from them. Either business was slow, or it was an automated email. I will not be working with Art Logo any further, and I'm honestly sorry that I did in the first place.
