amazing service and quality work
I am very pleased with the services I received from beginning to end. It was soo simple to submit my images and receive my embroidery files.
My images stitched out beautifully. I have used multiple other digitizers, none of the others compare. I definitely recommend this company.

We will not be using them again.
I had a few orders with them that were OK. My last order was absolutely terrible. We went back & forth with them over a pretty basic design. The seem to lack a basic understanding of the English lanquage. If you cannot communicate with your customers, its difficult to get the artwork correct. We will not be using them again.

In the past nothing like this has happened and all was OK, in this particular order your instructions were not clear, even after speaking to you on the phone, the requests were modified from what was originally sent, ended up confusing our team. This is what lead the work going back and forth before it got done.
