I ordered a piece of clipart to be optimized for a business card print job. The first set of proof files returned were not right and the image unusable. I responded questioning this and requested a fix. Mike was very quick to respond and did what was needed on his end to correct the image. In the end, I received the image quality I was hoping for, and came away very impressed with the customer service I received.
