The ease of the process - getting the box, filling it, the imaging, the image review process (except for the default "captions on" setting being non-intuitive) was wonderful. Customer support was very responsive and acted quickly and to my satisfaction. The online tutorials were great!

I LOVE the Artkive books. It solves such a difficult issue with kids' art. I use it for not just their art from the year but also some of their school work. The books provide a great way to actually look back on your child's art and school work. The process is very easy and their service is amazing. There was an issue with the art I sent in and they explained the situation to me very well. They then made fixing it very easy. We have made 5 books with them so far and we plan to do both kids through elementary school.

The process was easy and the end product was even better than expected. The only critique I have is that it would be nice to receive confirmation of receipt of the items we send in. I was stressed when I didn’t hear anything for almost 3 weeks. Otherwise great experience.

This is an adorable way to cherish your child’s artwork and they love seeing their work in published form. My child loves the idea that his hard work isn’t being discarded and that he gets to share these with his friends and family in a compact way.

This was one of the most frustrating scams I experienced last year. Their ads pitched a "just $35 for the box" deal. The instructions and add encouraged, "just fill the whole thing up and send it!" Little did I know, as a busy mom (the whole reason I tried Artkive... I have no time), that the small print details that you'll be charged an additional price for every single item in there. I just grabbed the whole stack of art off the table without curation, put it in the box and shipped. Nobody reached out or contacted me until I got hit with an over $2,000 bill! Yep, $2K and they went ahead and photographed the receipts and teacher notes that were in the mix of art. Never thinking to double check before photographing everything? Then I spent an incredibly frustrating hour on the phone with a super condescending customer service rep who shamed me for being so stupid as to not read the fine print. She quickly offered to lower the price to $500 though? Absolute scam and clearly designed to grab busy parents' money. When I finally got the artwork folder, they were all poorly shot and edited too. I don't blame the poor editors and photographers, considering how many images they had to go through, but I still would never have paid $2K, $500, or probably even $200 for such mediocre pics. I could have easily just snapped those on my iPhone which is definitely what I'll do forever going forward. Don't waste your time and money, folks!

Artkive was great! I loved how they consistently updated you on the process / status of the book I was purchasing as a gift, and I also loved how they showed names/pictures of the staff that were contributing to it! I would definitely order from there again, no doubt!!

I also love that they offer discounts on the purchase of a box/product pretty frequently!
