Artismore has wonderful customer service. They send an email with a pic of your painting prior to shipping to get your approval. If you aren't 100% happy with the painting they will work with you to make it perfect.
I will order from Artismore again in the future:-)

I am truly thrilled with my painting! The packaging was strong and sturdy and was delivered earlier than expected. The painting itself is exactly what I had hoped for… aside from being beautiful it is true to the original painting. Your communication with me was helpful and when I asked if the artist could do a small alteration it was done quickly with follow up photos. I will definitely be a return customer. The second picture was not quite as expected, the original picture looked better.

The painting we ordered was a hand painted replica. When our painting was initially finished, the coloring was off from the photo of what we ordered and so was the texture. We didn't approve the painting and let them know our concerns. They addressed our concerns quickly and we love our final product! It looks exactly like the photo we approved. I would definitely order from them again! Our whole process was about 6 weeks.

I was informed that the painting is ready and being shipped, but no FedEx information has been provided. I need it to arrive by Friday, August 15. If it does not arrive by that date, I expect a full refund.

Communication with the artist was timely and helpful. A preview of the art piece was sent and I asked to intensify a particular color. The artist responded right away. A second preview was sent with the adjustment. The piece arrived and is stunning.

I must say I didn't realize how much of a statement/focal point it would make in my room. I've always loved the look of textured acrylic artwork but I may have bit off more than I could chew! It may be too pretty for my selected wall!!
