Avoid this company!
I ordered a faux tree from them on Feb. 27. I’m now being told it won’t arrive until May at the earliest. A couple of weeks after I ordered it, I started following up with them over email about when I would be receiving it. Every time they told me there were delays on their end and it would be another 1-2 weeks. Every 1-2 weeks I followed up and every time I was told 1-2 more weeks.
Then on April 16 I finally got an email from them saying the shipment was on it’s way. I was hopeful. But when I still never received it I clicked the FedEx tracking link to find our the order was never shipped, they had just created a label (although the email from Artiplanto announces it very clearly that the “shipment is on the way”).
Eight days after no change in status from the shipping label being created, I called their customer service. That person not only confirmed that the order never shipped but that they hadn’t even yet received it from their supplier in China. So they didn’t even have the product but still sent me an email pretending it had shipped. I was told to wait “another 1-2 weeks” (now that is first half of May). Save yourself the frustration and use another company. Unclear if they’ll ever actually send the order. They don’t seem to care at all about their customer experience.

I made an order to the UK and wasn't aware taxes would apply, they were added on the final step of the checkout which I hadn't seen until payment had been made.

I tried to cancel the order but it was too late as the order has been shipped. I was then told to simply refuse the order at my door for the item to be returned. They failed to mention I would pay over £50 in taxes and handling fees which they wouldn't refund.

Do not order from the UK!

Cheap, plastic, fake rip offs!
Really un happy with the purchase definitely not worth the money paid! If from the UK they will not refund and when pressed they will, as long as you pay for shipping back to Germany! Then when I looked into it no courier would take it as the length is too long and even if it was half the size it would cost over £70 to send back! AVOID IF YOU ARE UK BASED!

Absolutely delighted with my olive tree. It looks quite real and is exactly the correct size for the dining room. The bamboo planter finishes off the wonderful Mediterranean look.
The customer service was very professional and very helpful. I will definitely shop with this company again.

We purchased an 8x10 rug from Artiplanto. The rug was off by half a foot on both sides. Emailed them to complain about the problem to which they said this is due to "hand made variation" (unacceptable excuse to be off by that much regardless of handmade or not). Asked for a new rug which they replaced and was still off by the same amount. It is clear they are undercutting clients. Will never recommend.

Note: a couple of correction to the response the company provided

They say it is rounded to the nearest foot - 7feet and 5 inches is closer to 7ft not 8ft (basic math per the sites logic)

- they offered to refund provided we pay shipping costs for a product they consistently make mistakes on

Delivery delay but that wasn't your fault- link showed it was stuck with border control at Stansted several weeks.
Pot arrived when I'd only ordered a bird of paradise plant. Emailed seller who quickly replied to advise it was a free gift- thanks. Several days letter guy knocked with plant- saying it was one of 2 packages but couldn't find the 2nd.
Pleased with plant. Very realistic. Only issue as other reviewers have said is that online it looks like 2 flowers where you only get one so website misleading. Would definitely use again
