Excellent customer service - slippers returned as they were too small - next size were not available in the same colour - great email communication received from AK who offered alternative colour - these were received the next day. Very happy with my purchase and after sales care.

One of the best things about this site is their return process. If the shoes didn't fit or if I changed my mind, they took the return without problems. I mean, sometimes if you turn people give you a bad attitude. But this customer service was very and handled quite nice. They answered my questions quickly and helped me with the return, made it was easy.

The website is also easy to use. To find the right size and style was kinda easy, I am not techno person but the product descriptions and pictures helped me choose. Very shiny looking on the screen. But in real shoes they also look good like the screen. The shipment to me was fast and the packaging arrived in good condition. Some parcels get battered these days you know...

Overall, I am good with my shopping experience on this website. If anyone seen this my review I would be ok to recommend this website to anyone. It's a good place to buy, and I will but shoes again I would probably first consider coming to this site first because they have earned my trust in them.

Very pleased with my Chelsea boot purchase. The member of staff that took my call went above and beyond in advising on the correct size for my awkward feet. Parcel arrived within 36 hours which was impressive.

Made an order for a Weejun but another shoe was delivered. Been trying to contact the helpline but no pickup. After reading the reviews on here i think i may have to stick to a shoe i dont want as i dont want to go through the stress of returning and not getting my money back. Can you reply your emails if you dont pick your calls.

Horrible customer service. I would give them zero stars but this site won’t let me.

Ordered two pair of Panama Jack shoes from them, unfortunately, they were too small. Emailed their sales team, and was told to send them back, and they would exchange them for the correct size. They told me to write on the paperwork that this was an exchange, so no fees would be incurred.

I paid $150.00 USD to return them and wrote on all the paperwork that these were to be exchanged. This was in January 2024. It’s now March 2024, and the shoes are sitting in a ware house in the UK somewhere because UPS can’t deliver them to Arthur Knight shoes, as they won’t pay the fees? There should be no fees as these were an exchange.

They refuse to answer my calls or return the numerous emails I have sent them.

It’s been over three months and they still haven’t resolved the issue. The shoes are still in the UK sitting in a warehouse somewhere.

Beware USA customers…… Stay away from this business!!!! It appears they don’t want to do business with USA customers, and have zero customer service!!!

No email received to confirm order, upon emailing Sharon replied and said they had been sent and I received them shortly thereafter.
One of the boots was defective. As I had no order email I had to contact them to ask for an exchange. They said to return them back to them but this was at my expense!
I duly returned them and the next thing I know the replacement boots are delivered a few days later, not a peep from them, not even an receipt.
So due to lack of comms and failure to pay for returns, I'm giving them a 2 star review.

I left a review a few days ago and feel it’s only fair to update. I’ve now heard from Sharon who has assured me my refund will be processed by the end of the day. It feels as though you’ve nowhere to turn when you ring and ring and get no answer but fair play, they’ve been in touch.

Repeat customer here and was surprised to read some of these negative reviews. I’ve never had a problem with this company even when returning shoes, always helpful on the phone and responsive to emails! Keep up the great work!

Zero customer service beware. You will not get through to this company if you want a refund and your shoes don't fit. Calls divert and then you are cut off, emails go unanswered. My boots were delivered back on 9th, I have the Royal Mailing tracking proof and I want to know when I will get my money back.

So, I was iffy about this shoe store at first, thinking it might be meh. But guess what? They surprised me and fixed things up when there was a glitch. Even though I wasn't too sure in the beginning, this store is actually pretty cool.

The folks working there are super helpful, and they know their stuff. They turned what could've been a downer visit into a good one. The shoes they've got are not only stylish but also comfy, way better than I thought. The store is set up so it's easy to check out different shoes.

What really got me was the awesome customer service. They not only fixed the problem I had but also went out of their way to make sure I was happy. The prices were fair, and there were some cool discounts too, making the whole experience better.

Ordered some Barbour wellies for my girlfriend and they arrived without any problems but unfortunately were the wrong size. Spoke to a lady called Sharon and she helped me through the exchange process which was very easy. Shame they didn’t fit first time but overall good experience as my gf loves her gift!

Please don’t use this company, I have had the same experience as other people, but unfortunately I had not read these reviews. I have returned my boots over a month ago because they didn’t fit, sent via Royal Mail tracked at my own expense, I can see they have been delivered but yet no contact from this company and no refund. No-one answers the phone and no-one replies to emails. I don’t know how they are still trading!!!

My friend recommended me to buy shoes from this website because I needed for events and if not fit or suitable I can get easy return. Well, yes as it turned out it was pretty easy return process. I would give a plus for this website.

My shoes were delivered to the US. I was wrongly charged an amount of tax that seemed out of place.
I received a message saying: “ sorry, our mistake”, however I have yet to receive a refund or a reply to my two inquiries.
This was my first and last time I ordered
from Arthur Knight.Reading other reviews I see I’m one of their many victims who are scammed out of our money. It’s shameful.

Ordered some Barbour wellies for the Autumn and they arrived promptly. Communication was efficient and I even got a text message telling me when the driver was going to deliver the parcel. This is in fact my second purchase as unfortunately the first pair was the wrong size. Quick and easy to exchange for with additional shipping charge.
