Beautiful artwork and exceptional customer service! I was looking for a very specific piece that I could only find at one other store. Arteve responded super quickly to my inquiry and gave me custom sizing options for the piece I wanted. Shipping was quick, the frame did have slight damage on one corner that occurred during transit, but they responded quickly and offered me a free replacement or credit towards another purchase. Highly recommend!

Your order was shipped promptly on Dec 8th, just two days after purchase, but unfortunately, the transit time was much longer than expected due to delays at the postal service, which were beyond our control. We worked to resolve the issue and were glad to see it delivered in time for Christmas.

Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que votre commande a rencontré un problème pendant la livraison. Nous avons pris contact par e-mail pour en savoir plus et pour recevoir des photos, mais nous n'avons pas eu de réponse de votre part.
Nos affiches encadrées sont bien protégées avec des coins renforcés, une couche de polystyrène, et l’affiche est directement placée dans le cadre, ce qui la protège de l’humidité, même si l’emballage extérieur peut s’humidifier. Bien que l'emballage lui-même ne soit pas entièrement imperméable, cette protection supplémentaire dans le cadre est prévue pour maintenir l’affiche en bon état.
Nous aimerions beaucoup trouver une solution pour vous, et nous vous invitons à nous répondre afin que nous puissions mieux comprendre la situation et vous aider.

Great picture, shipping time and customer service
The framed picture we ordered looks great and we received it very fast (faster than indicated on the shipping confirmation even) even though the product had been sent from Europe to the US. I had a question about how to install the hangers to the frame which was answered very quickly. Great customer service!
