This Company, their Director, makes verbal promises which are never followed up with a written or email confirmation, even when requested .When we Residents have paid in advance for a Service we may wait an inordinate time for it to be fulfilled, if at all.

Arquero took over the management of our building in June 2024. They walked into a heap of issues, not of their making but have tried to unravel the mess professionally & with courtesy. Managing agents often have a hard time as they are the middleman between the leaseholder and the landlord but Arquero seem to be people focused as well as doing what needs to be done.

Our previous Management Company dropped us without any warning .I have been a Director (the word should be more "Liaison Officer") as I have been for 27 years the unpaid contact between residents and Management Company.
In the course of the following years we approached 2 different companies that refused to take us on because of the terrible mess left by our former Management Company
We were very fortunate to be recommended "Arquero" They had to sort out all the previous mismanagement and 2 years of problems put on hold because of Covid.
In the past 2 years, I have queried the increase of Service Charges. Unfortunately since Grenfell fire disaster, all blocks of flats need fire protection which we never had before and which cost us a lot.
We found Arquero very competent, thorough and honest I have no hesitation in recommend them

Aquero took over the running of our flats back in 2021 since taking over prices have shot up alot witb little to show ,
They have only worked for the directors of the property adding fake fees not in lease ,
Asking for all the documents and invoices they have refused to send them ,
They say we owe them 1000 extra for roof work which should come under our 180 a month fee we pay , but they refuse to send invoice and now sent debt colllectors to our door ,
Do not use this company we beleave they are scammers / fraudsters thats our opinion on aquero ,
Our property looks run down and falling apart they dont care as long as tbe directors side of propery is ok
We asked for details so we can get own quotes but they told is they eont deal with us and in hand of the debt collectors and to pay soliciter to deal with it

Having engaged Arquero May 2021 to manage our small block of four Flats after providing them with the Full History of our problematic Block we were impressed with the Director of Arquero with all guns firing saying we will soon sort out the other three Lease holders who were not paying their service charges and sort out all the issues with the Block,we thought ARQUERO were sent from God how wrong I would be proven that it was a management sent from Hell who in two years never achieved or done anything,biggest mistake I have ever made in my life .Arquero on engagement removed our Solicitor and appointed PDC a debt collector who again achieved absolutely nothing, best everyone keep a wide Beth from them both especially Arquero who actually on a Mediation meeting minutes before it started informed me they were resigning that day and I would be removed as Director what a bombshell with them actually doing a runner and stitching me up in the process,talk about Mutiny this was outrageous big time as they had predetermined the result but had taken almost £3,000 from me just a couple of days before being our half for the Mediation fee which Arquero had already determined the negative outcome,how deceitful and dishonest is that with the Tomlin order raised at the mediation has literally been almost totally ignored.

Good Heavens what a Diversion response when your unnecessary disastrous two year engagement did not fruit anything of any worth.
We will not be Drawn into any mudslinging which is obviously your priority intentions.

We stand solid behind what we accused you of which was the truth the whole Truth and nothing but the Truth so help me God and you sound Guilty as charged
extracting and literally robbed Dene Court of nearly £3,000 setting us up at a Meditation which you and your side kick had already decided the outcome without warning us of your deceitful dishonest totally unprofessional intentions becoming Turncoats and Traitors to ourselves and Dene Court Flats Management Company Ltd which was a inappropriate use of Company funds.
It was nearly Over two years with the only maintenance or works you actioned was having the Grass cut which you could never claim to be Management of any worth and anyone considering using your services should think wisely again and take my advice and use a Reliable,Trustworthy and honest Friendly Block Management Company like Bonita One in Poole, we so regret moving from them to Arquero was a massive error of judgment i have ever made in my 75 years which i will regret for the rest of my life.The saying is what goes round comes round.

You were supplied with the full History of Dene Court at appointment and we Refute all of your comments to be a load of Gobbledygook.

You never ever displayed any Loyalty to Dene Court so you need to be Named and Shamed for your misuse of control Dene Court and its funds with your dishonorable intentions at the end with a Knife in our backs to save yourselves.
Your indefensible actions have a paper trail with substantial supporting Photographic evidence showing Dene Courts Demise at your hands.

The objective for the Mediation meeting which was arranged for the 22nd March 2023 was to recover the service charge arrears amounting towards £60,000 but unbeknown to us until minutes from the Mediation started Ms Director Arquero had other ideas and had already sold us down the river at a huge cost but she was determined to sell out and do a runner something that took us by complete surprise but the red flags were up we just didn’t see them or expect them,but saying that we gad almost two years of incompetence and neglect from Arquero who at the beginning at point of engagement came in with all guns blazing like
Annie Oakley but soon fizzled out to nothing it was just hot air or wind.
Unbelievably Ms Director Arquero said to us and it turned out to be the statement of the Decade

“WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU IF YOU NEED US”

Honestly who needed another deaf wish.

What a disappointment they were being a Disgraceful dishonest outfit they turned out too be big time
