Took my mobile in thinking it was going to be a struggle to fix but Sam at the Ipswich store had the issue fixed in no time, very helpful and answered any questions I had

What great customer service I received today having a new screen protector and camera protector on my iPhone, so helpful and knowledgeable, thank you Tyler and Mark, would recommend if you have any phone issues or tablets, laptops.

Drop my phone & broke the screen completely for first time ever PANIC how do I manage without a phone, was advised by a friend to go to Arma Fone and an amazing job done. They were super quick & efficient Amazing

I used their contact form on their website and explained that the rear camera glass had been smashed and it had been dropped in water.

I spoke to their customer service person who said I would need to pay a deposit for the part and she asked what colour was my phone, I said that I had been told it was sapphire but it looks more like Lilac to me. So she ordered the sapphire colour which turned out to be vibrant blue which I did not learn until I went to the shop in Colchester. I waited for the parts to be delivered and went to the shop where they told me the parts did not match my phone, I was quite happy to have a mismatched phone as long as the glass was repaired, but they went onto explain that because it had been dropped in water the whole camera needed replacing and I would need to put a deposit on more expensive parts, which is not something I had been told previously by the customer service rep despite explaining the whole situation to her.

I asked if there was anything that could be done to clear the condensation from the phone and they said no.

Well today I looked at my phone again and the condensation had cleared completely, without having done anything myself to help it.

They almost pressured me into spending a huge amount of money on an unnecessary repair or potentially buying a new phone.

If I hadn't stepped away to think about this, I would have been out of pocket almost £300, instead of just my £15 deposit that I had put down prior to taking my phone in.

I will now go find another shop to repair the glass on my rear camera as I have lost all trust in ArmaFone and their sense of responsibility towards their customers.

Nice enough team at the Colchester branch but the battery replacement is no different in battery life than my previous battery and that was down to 80% capacity.

Feel like I have wasted my money especially as they broke my screen and had to then pay for that also.

Would look around or go to a licensed Apple Store.

The staff, Sam and Neil were so helpful, I’m in my 80’s, and it’s known how today’s technology is so confusing to people of our age. However these men, were so helpful and explained everything to me. I was so stressed, but they really put me at ease.
I recommend this shop at Asda if you have a problem with any form of computers, including phones.

I was desperate, i locked myself out of my Iphone and it was very frustrating.
Following a telephone call answered in Norwich, the chap confirmed they could unlock the phone as long as i got to my local shop before they closed. My wife took the phone and inside 5 mins returned with a working phone and i was extremely pleased and well worth it. I would recommend this company.

Brilliant service all round. Booked a home repair for a battery change, had to change details a couple of times but nothing too much trouble for Julie. Always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Millie there when Julie not, also very helpful. Mark came to do the repair and was efficient and professional. Job done very quickly on, by then, two phones. Great to have full battery life again.

I will definitely return to Armafone for any future issues. Well worth the modest call out charge as I live some distance from their in-store centres, worth the time and hassle saving, never mind petrol!

Just popped in on the off chance and mark served us, and literally helped us with a problem that had arisen for us xx thankyou very much Jon and Julie.

I have made several visits to the Colchester branch over the years both to buy phones and seek advice as I'm useless with technology. The most recent time was today.
I cannot fault the abundant help I've received on every occasion.

81 % on my battery. Rang Armafone. Made appointment (walk-in’s are available) via very helpful employee. Arrived and handed over my phone. No need to unlock it until work was completed so no security concerns. Picked it up 90 mins later, now 100% battery. Great value for money. Friendly engineers. I recommend Armafone. My husband is having his phone battery replaced next.

I would definitely recommend this branch if you have problems with a phone.

Outstanding work. I’d cracked the screen on my iPad Air got it fixed and then proceeded to drop it in the bath . I found Armafone IPSWICH. Sent my iPad to them . Great communication through the process . I will now always send my tech to to them . Great service from beginning to end . I have my iPad back and new proper screen fitted and no water damage now! I’m very very happy and highly recommend Armafone IPSWICH. Thank you guys!

They broke my phone whilst doing a screen repair. And have said I need to pay for the repair. And it's in their T&C's that if they break your phone then it's broke and that is it. Something that is not pointed out when asked to sign said T&C's.

Also the kid who repaired my phone was not qualified in my opinion, which is why it broke.

No offer to fix it, no insurance to cover the damage they caused. Just another bad company acting badly. I would avoid them as there are several other options. Certainly for the Chelmsford area.

Great service from the IPSWICH branch. Was booked in to have my camera lens replaced but Neil gave me the good news of it being the protector broken not actual lens. So instead of £59*vat it was a £10 fix for a replacement lens cover.
