I would give this company a zero if it was an option! I ordered artificial flowers on March 12, 2025 and I have not received the flowers. I have contacted Arise numerous times. The first two AI generated responses from them stated that the delivery company had not updated their tracking and that my order was on the way. So I contacted them a third time and again requested a refund and to respond… Not with an AI generated response but from a real human being! They responded back stating that they sent me a new order and that I should receive the flowers within a few days. That was three weeks ago! Do not order from this company. It is a scam!

Still haven't received my product. Ordered May, 12th. No more tracking either. Don't buy from this company.

I’m so sad I’m just now reading these reviews. I ordered the outdoor flowers based on the influencer’s reel.
I ordered May 11. Nothing received yet. When I first contacted last week, I was told I was given the wrong tracking #. This one says my package was in Atlanta, GA on 6-3-25 on 6-7-25 it says in transit to next facility. It’s now 6-22, so where is my package?

I wish I could give this company zero stars. My order took 2 1/2 months to get to me first they gave me some bogus tracking information and then when I complained to Paypal, all of the tracking information changed. They also overcharged my PayPal account without consent. I had to complain to get the charge corrected. When I finally got the product it was nothing like represented. Stay away and do not buy the fake flowers or anything from this scam company. You can get better flowers for a dollar at the dollar store and I spent $26. (Before they reversed the overcharge)

I ordered on 5/9/25 and received my package today 6/17/2025. Shipment took quite some time. The artificial flowers I received are beautiful. Thank you

Scam alert! Don’t buy from this website! Ordered artificial flowers 2months ago , still haven’t received anything yet. Am not getting any response from them via email. Save your money!

WARNING...SCAM...SCAM...SCAM!! Paid way to much for these artificial flowers. After 2 months I did receive the product but my package had been opened and gone through, probably at customs. The package was never tapped back up so it arrived opened.I contacted the company to make a return or get a refund and that was a joke too. Like other customers have said on this site. LESSON LEARNED. I believe in KARMA. What goes around comes around!

Extremely misleading. I bought 2 bundles & still the amount of flowers isn’t even enough to fill one pot. Also, they ship from Ireland & it takes a LONG TIME. Would not have purchased if I had known the truth.

I placed my order in May, 2025. I didn't receive it until June 2025. The flowers look terrible. Could have bought more realistic looking flowers at Walmart.

I was charged $72.18! I asked when will it ship they said soon. 2 months later, never received. They gave me a runaround, saying it hadn't been shipped so I asked for a refund and they lied and said it had already been shipped. I DEMANDED PROOF, but they REFUSED to tell me what shipping company they used, they also REFUSED to give me a tracking number. I disputed the charge with my bank account for this FRAUDULENT transaction. Arisefrom SHOULD BE REPORTED as it seems there are literally THOUSANDS of people who got EFFED OVER!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I really didn't want to give them a star but had to to write the review. I ordered the artificial flowers on May 8. It is now June 12 and still no package received. I asked for a refund and they said it takes awhile because of President Trump. I said I ordered before any of this went into play and now it's resolved. The tracking seems sketchy. I asked for my money back and they just ask for my patience and that they are doing what they can to move the package along. I believe it's a scam. Order from Amazon instead!

What a bunch of scammers! I ordered from them and each time I have emailed asking where my order is they tell me they can’t find it and they’re going to ship me new items. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I don’t know how they sleep at night and I certainly hope they’re teaching their two children better morals than they have but I doubt it!

Ordered artificial flowers as did others from this site. It's been over 2 months and no product. I was advised I could not get a refund since my order was "in process". What a joke.

i would give this company no stars at all! I ordered some artificial flowers more than 2 months ago. After waiting almost a month i finally received a tracking number, but of course nothing has ever arrived. After several months i sent an email asking for a refund and they instead said they would ship me another package!!! Of course that was the beginning of last month and still nothing has arrived, and this time they do not respond to my emails. its a scam and I'm glad I"m only out the cost of some artificial flowers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered flowers on May 4th 2025. Like other reviewers, got a tracking number and updates throughout and after a month, no more tracking updates ( no surprise) . Have reached out to them and no response! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- SCAM

Scam! Do not order from this company. The flowers never arrived and have been given two different tracking numbers. Waste of money!

I bought a dress for 2497 + 5 something for shipping. And after I did it, I went to check my account and they took out thirty nine dollars, and then I go into their website and it says, no order found, i think I just got scammed pretty sure I got scammed.

My son ordered me the artificial flowers a few weeks before Mother's Day. Never received, even though he was told they were in transit. Very disappointed 😞

I ordered the outdoor flowers that are supposed to look real. I will say that it took somewhere likely around 2 months to receive them. The tracking stopped once it hit the U.S. they are coming through the post office and they are not scanning to send tracking info until the moment they are delivered. The flowers dont look real at all and have the worst smell i could imagine.

Ordered artificial flowers on April 19, 2025.. received tracking #, but that’s it.. was told repeatedly my order is in transit, (autogenerated) but still, no delivery. Total scam.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
