Rip off! Besides taking a month to receive my item the martial was low quality and the stitching was so bad done. Returning the piece to get my money back was just impossible.... I do not recommend anyone buying anything from this website...

I really like all of their garments, I do wish they had more ‘XS’ sizes.

This site has such cute bathing suits! There were too many to choose from! I am excited to see what I get. The ordering was super easy too. I also got 30% for my next order. I’ll update once I receive the orders.

hice una compra de traje de baño, en marzo, no me ha llegado, no me brindan solución, solo me dan teléfono de correos de México pero desde el 19 de Abril el producto esta atorado en aduana y les comente que ya había hablado y que me pedían que ustedes hicieran un reclamo de mercancía (solo puede hacerlo el emisor) y no hay avance, respuesta ni devolución de mi dinero.

estoy completamente a disgusto con esta tienda, por favor apoyenme para la devolución de mi dinero, ya no quiero la pieza, ya paso mucho tiempo, han sido meses de espera y ninguna solución tangible de su parte.

Took over a month to receive my shipments. Very disappointed in the products I received. Very poorly stitched together you can see the elastic coming out of the ends of the straps and loose threads all over. I ordered an extra large and it looks like it’s an extra small. Do not waste your time and money buying anything from Aria Voss!!! What you see online and what you get is night and day!!!

they send swimsuits that are not in the good size then they promise a refund or a discount code but never give you and when you contact paypal for a return and refund they declare that they did not receive the article back and keep the money after that they give you a discount code but when you want to use it they cancel your order right after you paid and you can not use the discount code again. A big scam !!!! liars !!!!! don't buy on their website because if there is any issue with the article you ordered, they will not give you your money back and they will lie about the return and never refund you !!!!!

Experience online was great however there is no details provided for the delivery date at least an estimate. Since the order was placed on June 20th there are still no information of an estimate date or where the package is. Tracking number shows the package was shipped 6 days ago with no additional update.

I learned from Aria Voss through an Instagram ad and I just fell in love with the designs. They were all so unique and different. The website was easy to go through and i’ve already got my eyes on two new bikinis but I’m just waiting on my first purchase to arrive to make sure I got the correct size.

Very well made suit. unexpected quality as ordered off facebook but its lined with preformed cups and the perfect shape. love it.

Size that normally fits me was much smaller. Had a long, expensive hassle of exchanging sizes. New product came in damaged. Size is not much better. Will not order from again.

i must say I had a pleasant experience.
I had no problem with booking my tribal swimsuit at all. And post submitting my order many warm emails.
However a few points which may help u in the future.
1. My swimsuit arrived too late for me to take it on my holiday as i wanted it before 26th May and it arrived in India after I had departed. I had requested it before 26th in an email.
2. the tribal one piece I had ordered looks stark white and black in the picture. However in the costume I received the black design is faded at parts an not jet black but almost grey so i feel a bit disappointed

Excelent expirience I just want to receive the package as soon as possible.

I saw your products in facebook and i like it very much. I needed a swimsuit so i bought it.
However I've a sugestion to make. You should have the prices in € (euros). I have to convert dollars to euros to know how much it costs.
Sites like this must be pratical and functional.

Buying two bikinis at Aria Voss (via a Facebook ad) is the worst customer support experience I ever had:

1. In order to change an order received the return policy (which is extremely tedious to make a return as difficult as possible) they want you first to send in pictures of the items out of the original package, but visibly showing size and the items themselves. Sending this via email or chat then makes them open a case to be "reviewed".
2. Then they give you the OK to send the items back: in the original package, with a tracking number and proof of the receipt. Furthermore private couriers (UPS, etc.) are not permitted. On top of that, the customer needs to pay this trackable parcel him-/herself.
3. Here in Spain to send a trackable parcel, it is obligatory (due to customs policies), to include the VAT number. Which in the case of Aria Voss is obviously not to be foudn anywhere online. Even the chat support (in the Philippines) has no clue and responds "Hi there, thank you for bringing this to our attention, you do not have to worry we do not have VAT number." A company selling products via the web that has no VAT number? Really?
4. The phone number taken from their website is Spanish, but after trying a couple of times I gave up: just a pre-recorded message saying that I am calling outside of office hours (not true), and then there is no way to get anyone on the phone. However they say that chat support is available 24/7.
5. The so-called 24/7 chat support: located in the Philippines (GMT +8), either "Away" or responding with phrases that are probably copy/pasted. I am starting to think I am chatting with a chatbot and not a human.

To cut a long story short: I have no way to return the undesired items within the 14 days within which you are entitled to a refund and/or exchange. Let's see whether Aria Voss is able to respond here.

In any case: this is a scam.

My bathing suit has a weird extra piece sewn on the strap. It’s just a random loop on the side of the bathing suit. The material isn’t great quality. I ordered two bathing suits and only received one. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I was refer to this site by a close friend of mine and I'm usually very apprehensive about shopping on new sites but she swore by the this site and here I am. I must say that I found the site really easy to maneuver, with a wide range of swimwear for everyone. My only recommendation so far would be consider persons shopping online via cellular phone... it was a little upsetting having to scroll from the top to bottom every time i pressed back as opposed to putting my back to where I was last.... but other than that it's great... love the amount of pictures per swimsuit...cant wait for my order
