Argama Hobby Recenzje

Great selection of materials, fast delivery.

There was an option to pay later for a pre order. I was notified for pre orders customers are expected to pay ahead of time. They didn't hassle me and let things slide this time.
Such great customer service. I will definitely adhere by they're rule for pre orders because they were so accommodating and nice about it.

William is a tremendously fun, and good help as always! His genuinely friendliness makes me only want to go to Argama!
I love it how each time when i go it, it is literally like visiting a friend's place, it is so welcoming!
I love it how the stock is always full, and the store looks like a real model kit store, and not just some face-value main-stream anime store.
This place is legit for serious builders! love it!

Always really helpful and provide great communication. Really appreciate their service.

they were patient and accomodating

- website easy to work with
- after hours chat service was a nice surprise
- able to cancel part of the order when I mistakenly submitted a duplicate on my first ever order
- follow up phone and emails were appreciated

The staff here are so experienced with the products, it's awesome to have a conversation with someone who can help you learn and be a better model maker. Thank you for existing, I don't know where I would be with my gunpla, if it wasn't for these guys.

Great customer service !
Very friendly and helpful

Speedy delivery, but I was a little saddened that they used a delivery service instead of the personal delivery method of the past.I miss the chance to exchange pleasantries with the owner. I guess that goes to show how much they've grown.

A great hobby shop that has almost everything I would want. They have good sales on Black Friday, although none of the tools I wanted were on sale. They have a good selection of Gunpla and other kits. They also have a good selection of tools.

I'm giving it 4 stars because shipping is taking a while and they don't carry all the Gunprimer stuff I want like the White and Gray Balancers, and they don't carry Sanding Sponge sets like the one from Dspiae.

I’ve been dealing with Argama for about a year and a half or so and have never been disappointed. The selections and prices are excellent and they frequently receive new stock (but need to stay on top of the new stock because they go out as fast as they come in) They have outstanding staff, friendly and accommodating, they really want happy customers. There are several hobby stores in the Ontario area but Argama is my go to. We’ll done Argama!

Got a good deal, had it shipped to me quickly, and it was what I ordered. The staff being polite with a question was the icing on the cake.

Very timely and helpful Q&A.
Shipped and arrived early.
Nothing was bent or missing as other sites I've ordered from have damaged the box or shipped it without leaving a mess of runners.

The best gunpla store in GTA. Reasonable prices for gunpla.

Honestly Argama hobby has always been amazing from day one for me. They have good communication skills and even just in person are so welcoming. I choose to go to this hobby shop a while back as a fluke find for a kit. Been shopping there ever since. Even got my Daughter building kits now! She came in with me one time and she was hooked and Will and the family were so welcoming to her. She still talks about it to this day!. All around Great prices , nice people and a good family run hobby shop!. Thanks for everything Argama Hobby!.

excellent selection and very quick re-stock. boss and employees are very nice, i can feel they're happy to help us

a great online and offline shop for Japan hobbies with reasonable price. Just expend $100 and you will have a free shipping service.

I like getting my hobby stuff here and especially they are very helpful when you’re looking for something.
