DON'T BUY
DON'T BUY! We ordered a 8 seater marble table almost 2 months ago. We recieved no comunication to assure us that the order had been placed and next steps. A month went by and we got a text to say a 2 man courier would be in touch the following week to deliver. 4 Days later 1 man arrived to deliver the table and chairs, or so we thought! The boxes which clearly stated 2 man handling only were dropped at our front door , boxes damaged and some half opened. When we opened the chairs one had a dirty white stain on it. We raised this with the company who have done nothing about it. The table was not delivered. We got in touch to ask when this would be and were told it would be maybe the following week. Next week arrived and the table was delivered without the legs. We rejected the order and tried to seek assistance from the company who were terrible. No communication and left us days before responding. As soon as i commented on their Facebook page stating the issue i got a response within minutes. The table then arrived 4 days later at 7.20 on Sunday morning in a battered crate style box with rusty nails sticking out. The marble top was chipped and scratch across the entire surface, the legs of the table covered in rust from where the table had clearly been assembled before and the chair legs are scratched and chipped. We did not discover this until after the drivers had left because of how badly packaged the crate was. We had to pry it open with a hammer, the wood around the frame was rotten and badly splintered. Where the delivery men left the table on the floor, the many nails sticking out of the box have damaged the floor beneath it. We have contacted the company with photos and a detailed account and had no response.

Terrible service can never get hold of them we ordered table chairs and bench. Bench was broke said they would send us another one that was 6 weeks ago. DO NOT ORDER from these company.

We apologise for the manufacturing issue which occurred with your bench.
As we are both aware that we tried our best to rectify the issue. We had offered to send out a brand new bench due to manufacturing issues. However the bench was dispatched directly from our supplier and was lost in transit by courier. We had then sent out another bench which you have received and is working perfectly.
The issues which occurred and the lead times it had taken have been strictly out of our control.

Great customer service
Ordered a Ricardo grey marble dining table, delivery time was 2-3 weeks, delivery was slightly delayed but the customer service team were extremely polite and helpful in finding out what the delay was with the delivery. They even called me after I received my ordered to check if I was happy with the item.

Very poor service, item never materialised.
Very poor service. Placed an order for an item with a 2/3 week delivery, after 8 weeks of AF blaming the courier (and no response from the courier) the item still didn’t arrive. Requested a refund which was given, the only positive from the whole episode.

Don't order from them.
So far it's been a lot of phone calls and emails promising the courier will be in touch to arrange delivery. Weeks later...nothing.
I will never use this company again.
What a shower. Take your money, don't deliver.
Excuse after excuse.
It gets worse! Still no delivery date. No proof that the item is even with the courier company. When I asked for the number of the courier company AR Furnishings told they were not taking calls from the public.
Refund on its way. I gave them until today to guarantee deliver on or before Friday. Not a hope.
On the plus side the young man I have been talking to is an absolute star. Polite and calm.
Got a delivery out of the blue for THE WRONG ITEM. I'm now waiting for a call from the courier to come and pick it up 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🥳
Oh dear. The company have flagged my review claiming this is not a genuine customer experience. I've sent the order email to trustpilot. So 🤔

We apologise for the delays occurred with your order, as our manufacturer had been delayed by the shipping companies. Once the egg chair had finally come in we had dispatched it directly from the supplier to yourself to speed up the process for delivery. However unfortunately the wrong colour was dispatched, an honest mistake which has been out of our control. Once you contacted us in regards to returning the item and getting a refund, we had actioned it right away and got the item uplifted and refunded you in full.

First only the legs of the table came.
Avoid at all cost.
Incompetent, borderline fraudulent, company.
Delivers you wrong items. And leaves you hanging for weeks.

I’ll explain.
My order was supposedly shipped on may 20th.
Today it’s June 13th.
Still no acknowledgement from you that refund has been processed and no refund on my account. That’s 24 days…that’s several weeks.
You should have issued the refund by now as all the issues are entirely from your side and nothing to do with me. But I’m still waiting. So yes it’s either incompetence, or fraud. I’m yet to fully find out. Hopefully it will only be incompetence.

We have tried to work with you to the best of our ability but you rejected everything that we tried to discuss. You didn't want to try to rectify the issue over the phone but quick enough to leave us a negative review online.
Just to clarify we did not leave you hanging for weeks, as a matter of fact we actioned your issue from the first point of contact and kept you up to date with steps to make things right.

Where do i start
Where do i start, At the great amount of tables chairs and much more, or do i start at the great customer service. The AR Furnishings team has been a great experience due to the kind staff they have. They have spruced my dining room right up with the omega dining table honestly the most stunning products ever. Cant wait to order a bed and bedside cabinets. If they are even half as beautiful as my dining table i will be one happy chappy.
