Ordered from AR again and got some lovely side tables which arrived near the end of the lead time. Well worth the wait, love them they look perfect 😍

Very happy with my new table and chairs! First class service, little delay however was kept opto date throughout the whole process and customer service team were very helpful.

Great experience buying from AR furnishings.
Everything ordered arrived on time and intact.
When I had queries about delivery I called up and received great help from a member of their customer care team and was happy with all information, I would recommend, and would definitely buy again 👍🏼

If I could give ‘0’ stars, I would. Arfurnishings took my money, but did not deliver. They never contacted me, unless I contacted them, and gave me various excuses for the delay. Eventually, I came to realise I was probably never going to receive my order, so I asked for a refund. After having my money, for three months, without providing any goods, I had expected a swift refund and strong apology but no, I got lied to initially and no response to my complaint. I sought assistance from my bank and I did eventually get my refund, but still no apology or response to my request for interest to be paid to me for all the time THEY had MY money, earning THEM interest in THEIR bank account when it should have been earning me interest in mine, because I truly believe they were never going to send me my order. Terrible customer service. I would never use this company again, and warn others to be very careful if planning to buy from Arfurnishings!
14/7/22 -UPDATE :- After reading my review I was contacted by Arfurnishings and offered financial incentive if I agreed to remove my review. I declined, as I felt like this was bribery, but offered to update my review if I received a call from a senior member of staff, to discuss my complaint, and was made to feel that my concerns were being addressed and their customer service would improve (so that no one else would receive the dreadful service that I did). Guess what? One week later, no call received! It seems to me like they really don’t care how bad their service is, or how it affects people.

We ordered a table & chair set - stated delivery was 3-4 days ( some items on the website do state delivery in terms of 5-6 weeks but this 3-4 days) Week 1, payment taken but not processed so no delivery details provided. Week 2 payment processed but no delivery schedule provided. End week 2 contacted AR Furnishings to be told there was an issue with the courier having damaged the set (although no delivery date had been supplied) and we would be updated with new delivery. End week 3 still nothing so we had to chase them again - told it had been collected and we would be contacted by courier. Klarna contacted and order put on suspension. End of week 4 nothing arrived - order cancelled. Request AR contacts Klarna to make them aware. Email from AR to say their service had not been to standard - that the order was cancelled and they would advise Klarna End of week 5 Klarna order still live and their investigation team will be contacting AR Furnishing to ask why order not cancelled. So all in all I cannot recommend this company - if we hadn’t kept contacting them I don’t know if they’d have bothered. I believe their furniture all comes in from abroad and if they’ve stock happy days if not expect to wait weeks (okay if they are upfront about it).

**Update** I received a call from AR Furnishings to advise of the issues they had with the courier and to state they had processed the refund at their end and I would see the email from them then a refund from Klarna. This happened over the next few hours and the refund was paid back about two days later.

I don't trust this company. Ordered dining tables, chairs mirrors etc at the end of April and was advised delivery would take 1-3weeks. Items did not arrive and no update was given so I cancelled the order. Was told the refund would be processed 7-10days. However, several calls and emails later all I have received is excuses from them that the money is stuck at the bank! 2 months since I placed the order, no items received and no money refunded. This is my first and last time of using this company.

Absolutely brilliant service. Delighted with my dining chairs and bench - great quality & quick delivery. Would highly recommend the company.

2x Sofas ordered and paid for in full 14th February 2022.
4+ incredibly frustrating months of false promises and failed delivery dates followed. Who is genuinely to blame who knows or cares!!
Thankfully full refund eventually received 22nd June 2022.
Do yourselves a favour and order elsewhere.

Not overly impressed so do not recommend still trying to get them to organise a collection after 3 weeks as I am wanting to return and cancel this order for a refund. Wrong chairs recieved and bench in poor condition all flawed. The response I persistently get from customer service is wait for the supplier to contact you, well sorry but my order and contract was with you not your supplier. Therefore you contact your supplier and liase with me to resolve this matter as in fed up of waiting for your supplier to contact me it never happens. Its not good enough and customer The service is lacking. My advice to anyone thinking of ordering from these is to shop elsewhere and avoid. My experience has not been a great one and I will be avoiding this company in future.

Edited review to change to 1 star. Still not organised a return courier for collection although was quite happy to call me in regards to my online review. Had to now contact trading standards. This company is appalling asking me to send photos of the items boxed up to prove they are all boxed up and ready for collection again just another stall tactic. After assuring them all items are boxed in original packaging ready for them to collect.
I hands down think this is probably the worst online company I've experienced to date, send us photos before we organise collection. disgusting

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Ordered 3 silver bar stools through this company after a few weeks we rang chasing items informed they would contact courier company and get back to us in 3-5 days when they got back to us they stated the courier company had lost them and they would get more stools sent out in 3-5 days recieved chairs and opened one to find out they were grey not silver contacted company and sent through photos and guess what 3-5 days told by them this was right colour nap was brushed wrong way informed them not case as all boxes was marked grey not silver - then informed they had run out of silver and thought these would be acceptable told them not and agreed to return in 3-5 days on day of collection courier did not turn up - informed they did and had not put card through door - however they didnt - arranged date for further collection however on same day we had to change date as we got a emergency hospital appointment - was threatened with charges however agreed new date and these were collected - on the plus side we did get a refund approx 2 weeks after collection. On all occasions their agent was rude and on one occasion even reduced my wife to tears.

Really happy with the marble table and chairs excellent service from everyone…delivered on time….everybody that I spoke to was really helpful and pleasant….would recommend to everyone I know if they r looking for this kind of furniture

I ordered the majestic pink bench and omg it does not disappoint, it's stunning, brilliant quality and very reasonably priced. The delivery was really quick too, from being ordered to delivered it took 3 days, it came via FedEX so arrived in perfect condition unlike items delivered via other couriers. My enquires prior to ordering were dealt with by Alexander who is very pleasant, thorough and a credit to this company. Very happy customer 😁

Alexander was very informative and helpful throughout.
He chased up our order which got delivered in a good time, approx 3-4weeks.
One of the chairs has a slight tear which Alexander managed to sort for me .

Massive delay (2 months) on delivery despite showing in stock when ordered. Haven’t received the unit yet so can’t comment on quality.

We ordered the 160cm Marble table and 6 chairs from Arfurnishings with an expected delivery of up to 4 weeks. 3 weeks in we were contracted by Alexander as they could not source the 160cm size at that time! Alexander offered us the 150cm or the 180cm we went for the 180, this was delivered the next week but unfortunately the Marble top was cracked down the middle on delivery. We contacted Alexander asap upon discovering this and he was very helpful, a few pictures and emails where sent and a new top was dispatched with in the next week.
Alexander and Arfurnishings couldn’t have been more helpful and we really appreciate the help in sorting our issue.
We would and will definitely use them again for our furnishing needs.
