I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered 6 baseball hats and paid $53 for 2-day shipping, yet my order didn’t arrive until 9 days later.

When I reached out to ask about the delay, I was told: “Dealing with American-made apparel and production is really different from ordering stocked inventory from China through Amazon… We still need to pull the caps from the warehouse. This is why we advertise a 2-to-4-day turnaround.”

That explanation doesn’t justify what happened. Even after that message, I still didn’t receive my order within the stated 2–4 day timeframe.

I order from many online retailers and plenty that are not affiliated with Amazon or overseas production—and when I pay for expedited shipping, I consistently receive my items on time. Paying $53 for “2-day shipping” and waiting 9 days is completely unacceptable.
This was frustrating, misleading, and not the level of service I expected. I would not rely on their shipping promises in the future!

They communicate well, the pre burnt screens always come out fantastic. I highly recommend ArenaPrints!

We received a screen with a hole in a critical part of the design, contacted them and they had a new screen shipped within a couple of days.

I made the mistake in the past of using a different company that I will not name out of New York to make My company a screen. For the same price they made the same size screen with a wooden frame. Needless to say it was absolute garbage and their customer service was garbage. Arena's screen is top quality and aluminum framed. Their customer service was great and the individual who I spoke with was accurate with exactly what I asked him to make and quickly responded. 10 out of 10 I will be using Arena from now on
