Odpowiedź od Arctopup
Hi Gabriel,
Thank you for sharing this. We’re sorry you ordered a starter pack that never arrived, that WhatsApp support didn’t get back to you, and that the payment was cancelled without a clear refund. That’s frustrating, and we take full responsibility for making it right.
Please send us your order number, the email or payment method used, and any screenshots you have. We’ll check the payment status immediately and:
confirm whether the charge was cancelled or still captured, and
complete a refund if funds were taken, or resend the pack if the order can still be fulfilled.
You can reply to this review or contact us through the official support channel on arctopup.com so we don’t miss your message. We’ll follow up personally and keep you updated until this is closed.
We appreciate your patience and the chance to fix this.
